房间很漂亮，小厨房很棒，房间景色也很漂亮。食物很美味，味道也不错。对于穆斯林来说，这里离大清真寺很近。

Overall lumayan Ok, hanya saja saya menginap 3malam di tipe 2kmr namun hari ke 2 handuk untuk tangan di wastafel di ke 2 kamar mandi di ambil oleh house keeping dan tidak di kembali kan, jadi dari hari ke 2 sampai ke 4 handuk tangan di wastafel di ke 2 kamar mandi tidak di kembalikan lagi oleh house keeping dan perlengkapan mandi tidak di reffil, teh gula kopi sachet juga tidak di reffil hanya di kasih pas hari pertama saja.

Come here for our 4th wedding anniversary. Everything seems so perfect for us. Very nice room, very clean and tidy, easy check in and check out. Helpful staffs. Excellent service! We love the pool. They have a very nice view! The location also nice, very close to the Parkroyal Plaza bus stop. Will come back for sure!

Great room, great location and nice staff.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. A king-size bed was provided and huge enough for us. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. When we were in Singapore, my phone was lost in a Grab vehicle. The hotel staff (Ms. Tini) helped us contact Grab so that my phone could be returned. We were very grateful for this.

Receptionist warm and welcome, the place kind of hit in the sweet spot you can go anywhere not to mention near MRT station. Nothing but a joy to spend time here

- Location is good, but access to the hotel is certainly not. Construction everywhere and if you have a toddler with stroller you will struggle cause it 's so not Singapore to not have proper ramp from the main road to this place.- the sofa was broken and carpet was dirty and full of dusts. My kid got sick because of this.- bathtub is super slippery, no anti-slip mat. Water pressure is very weak.- service was disappointing (baby cot wasn't prepared, no extension of check out for even 30mins) This hotel totally doesn't deserve five stars. Disappointed with the quality of the suite and the service.

The experience was awesome! The room was spacious for 2 pax and the bed was also comfortable. Will be better if the view can be towards the flyer side but generally it is clean and comfy. Hopefully can also add in Netflix and YouTube or allow screen mirroring and it will be perfect! Location is very accessible via car and Nicoll Highway MRT.

Kenapa di sini? Karena lokasi di dekat Masjid Sultan, banyak makanan halal dan murah. Kamar luas, ada dapur dan mesin cuci. Mesin kopi, air minum terfilter. Top. Tapi ada beberapa yang harusnya bisa ditingkatkan. Toilet tidak ada bidet showernya. Dan tidak ada jemuran baju. Btw liftnya agak lama dan noise. Thank you. Kalo ada promo, akan menginap lagi di sini.

Room for 2 was booked for a birthday celebration. Location was OK, but I would not recommend it to people who prioritise convenience in terms of transportation, as there is quite a walking distance from the MRT station/Bugis shopping malls to the hotel. There is a mini mart and 7-11 convenience store just opposite of the hotel entrance. Check in process was not as smooth as expected. Hotel gave me the wrong room with the knowledge that I requested for a twin bed room but I requested for a large bed room. Had to go down to the front desk to request for a change and they changed it for me immediately after confirming my request through the app. By the time I officially checked into the room, I had to rush to set up the decorations. I feel that this inconvenience could have been avoided if the hotel had double checked my requests beforehand. Birthday celebration was mentioned in the request as well but the front desk staff still asked me what event was I planning after seeing my balloons, and said that they would send a slice of cake up. We did not receive the cake. The service from the different staff was pleasant, but nothing extraordinary. Many parts of the suite was dirty, with stains and stickiness in the fridge, on the walls, floors, and the desk areas. The sliding door to the bedroom was very dusty as well. The bed and washroom seemed OK. I did not ask for a change in room again as I was pressed for time. Overall, I feel that cleanliness should be maintained to the utmost standard and the hotel failed to do that.

Very clean and smooth check in. Beautiful view at the swim pool and amazing gym.

No bottled water despite asking for it, told us to go 7-11 buy if we want. Ask for ice but they ask us to go down to reception to collect. Tap in the toilet was very lose like going to spoil. Coffee machine was very dirty, the water was murky when we were trying to use. But bed very big and comfortable.
