Always love my stay at Ascott. This time I came with my girl gang and we truly appreciate the spacious living room. Bed is comfy, clean and tidy as usual. Also shout out to one of their staff who is very helpful in bringing up our Grab orders, multiple times. Appreciate you sir. Looking forward to my next stay at Ascott.

Strategic place from KLCC, comfortable and beautiful view.

I do not upload any photos as everything is perfect except … the room smells of sewage at the main living room upon entry during the dayz and at night it smells of cigarette smoke where none of us are smokers. Asking the reception to deal with the problem but they just put air freshner. I think there is something room with the room ventilation system. Request for a change of room but the management declines it instead giving us with room freshner only.

Hotel sangat nyaman dan bersih. Stafnya sangat ramah sangat menyenangkan menginap di hotel Ascott ini.

I checked in on 4pm Wednesday but the room still not ready yet. For breakfast, the food isn't good, the staff said lets go eating to all staffs. So the staff is having buffet when the guest still there. The drop off lobby is far from lobby enterance. Also so hard to find bell boy. When I took an elevator, the elevator stuck and parked! But the room is clean and big.

Konsep hunian yang memadukan antara hotel dan apartemen, proses check in yang cepat, staff yang very friendly and helpful, kamar yang luas dengan layout yang keren, komplit dengan cooking ware and cutlery set, they even provide Starbucks coffee machine at front receptionist, super love, i’ll be back here soon❤️

Hotel okay, tempatnya juga strategis, harga masih oke lah. Hanya saja menu breakfast tidak banyak. Kami menginap 2 malam pada malam tahun baru 2020.

I love the hospitality of the staffs, location also perfect, it also have minimart downstairs near the lobby. Overall, I love staying there, it just only one little detail, they forgot to pickup the previous guests towel in my bathroom but other than that, I love staying there.

Nyaman sekali, apalagi kamarnya, service-nya juga bagus. Mantap.
