酒店不错，服务很好。

我下午3点办理入住，房间还没准备好。我不得不每隔10分钟就去酒店催促一次。最后，凌晨3点40分房间终于准备好了。我到房间后发现根本没打扫，瓶瓶罐罐和垃圾到处都是，床上没有床单，厕所里弥漫着尿骚味，到处乱糟糟的。酒店让我继续等，说是要打扫。我很生气，后来才知道其实还有另一间空房，但我还是得不停地打电话要毛巾、枕套和饮用水，直到下午才送来。早餐也很简单，跟酒店的星级完全不符。

我们在安宁日假期期间在这里住了两晚。我们到的时候还没到入住时间，所以只寄存了行李。等我们到了房间，行李还没送到，因为在房间里等了太久，最后只好自己搬了过去。我们交了餐饮押金，酒店给我们免费升级到了泳池景观房。耶！酒店里有浴缸，我孩子很喜欢。当时餐厅的某个区域正在维修，但并没有影响到我们。走到海滩大概需要20分钟。总的来说，住在这里很愉快。谢谢！

还不错，早餐可以换换花样，不要总是吃一样的。

Actually, it was a first time stay here, however it 's quite often for me to stay at other Four Point Hotel Network in other city & country. I am happy with its standard quality. Friendliness during check in and other helps from staffs. Good choice hotel in this area.

Awal pemesanan dapat kamar yang tidak sesuai foto karena memilih kamar yang paling murah. View lantai 1 tembok. Tetapi receptionis yang bernama Ibu Devi sangat lah baik dan sangat membantu. Akhir nya kamar kami upgrage dan kami diberikan compliment. Terima kasih ibu Devi atas keramah tamahan anda. Kami sangat puas menginap di Four point berkat anda.

Not bad. Clean, fast internet, near both canggu and seminyak area. Still need motor vehicle to get around though.

Great hospitality, strategic location, spacious room and clean. Easy access to everywhere, walking distance to the Beach. Overal feedback from me is great and definetely wanna come back someday.
