工作人员很友好，但这次我们住的房间不太令人满意。水槽水龙头打开时水喷得到处都是。浴室也不太令人满意，因为浴室烘干机坏了，导致干燥速度不快。希望以后能解决这个问题。早餐菜单可能需要改进。

房间很干净，但酒店内外都很狭窄，而且相当老旧。酒店位于购物区的拐角处，所以停车场很小。有一天，酒店大堂很热，还有一股难闻的气味，可能是从外面飘进来的。优点是退房后可以寄存行李箱，所以如果你只是想睡个好觉，这家酒店还是很值得的。

我订的是无烟房，结果却给了我一间吸烟房。他们提出降级或升级，但需要额外付费。我刚准备入住的时候心情就已经很不好了。希望我入住期间不会再遇到其他麻烦。

说实话，这家酒店的位置很方便，就在Jalan Gajah Mada附近，所以你可以去探索很多美食。至于床和卫生间的清洁度，还有待提高。酒店服务也和三星级酒店一样，我带着一个行李箱和两个包（不知所措）来到这里，却没有工作人员主动提供帮助。希望酒店能有所改进。

第一次来坤甸，决定入住这家酒店。氛围/设施：氛围宁静，设施尚可。员工协助：入住和退房手续均由工作人员协助办理，办理速度很快。行李员帮忙把东西搬到房间。亮点：我喜欢隔音房间，可以安静地休息。价格：实惠。位置：靠近烹饪中心

住在那里非常愉快，只是房间需要更干净一些。浴室有点丑。白色的床架已经暗淡无光。虽然我们订的是独立房间，但矿泉饮料却很少。餐厅的食物相当不错。但早餐的食物有点乏味。希望将来房间会变得更好、更干净。
