The staff is so good to assist me on the problem that I fave.

Mobil tidak bisa parkir dengan nyaman karena tempat parkir sempit dan hanya untuk parkir seri 3 unit mobil. Jadi mobil depan mau keluar, yang belakang harus dikeluarkan juga. Apalagi musim hujan, siap-siap badan basah dan air hujan masuk kabin mobil karena tidak ada kanopi. AC dikamar airnya bocor. Handuk bau tak sedap. Sarapan Standar biasa

Hotel bagus, bersih dan pelayanannya juga sangat ramah, cuma tempat parkirnya terbatas.

Great service. They ran out of the standard room I ordered, so they bumped me up to the nicer room with no additional cost and no fuss, which is much appreciated. The staff were very friendly. Location is right in the heart of the busy monkey forest road. It was lovely. The breakfast food was dull. But again, I like the place a lot.
