这是我第二次入住吉隆坡雅诗阁中央车站酒店，第一次入住体验非常满意。因此，我认为第一印象对于顾客忠诚度至关重要。 首先，酒店地理位置优越，毗邻吉隆坡中央车站，乘坐吉隆坡机场快线抵达吉隆坡的客人可以轻松抵达酒店。酒店在特定时段提供从火车站到达大厅出发的班车服务，但如果像我一样行李不多，步行前往也同样方便（约400米）。 其次，由于酒店是服务式公寓，其设施比普通酒店更加完善，显然是为长期入住的客人设计的，但短期入住同样舒适惬意。配备齐全的厨房设施，包括电磁炉，对于短租客人来说非常实用。再加上酒店级别的价格，客人将获得物超所值的体验。 需要注意的是，由于建筑结构的原因，部分房间的面积可能比一般房间略大，这是因为走廊需要容纳房门。我第一次入住时住的是这间房。这次入住的是可以直接从门口进入的房间，所以感觉空间可能小一些，但实际上仍然很大很宽敞。

房间宽敞，足够两个孩子一起玩耍，配备微波炉、咖啡机和餐具。靠近Nu Sentral。服务很好。

员工非常友好，值得称赞。酒店比较老旧，房间里有一些老旧的味道，但总体来说很舒适，尤其是床。

酒店员工非常友好，办理入住和退房手续非常快捷，酒店靠近综合航站楼和车站，位置便利，交通便捷，我以后还会带家人来这里。

很好，干净，友好，值得推荐的酒店。

滤水器、咖啡机、微波炉、保险箱、冰箱、厨房用具，应有尽有。我对这家酒店很满意。

距离吉隆坡中央车站仅 4 至 5 分钟步行路程

无论我住在雅诗阁的哪家酒店，我都感到满意，雅诗阁吉隆坡中央酒店也不例外。酒店到火车站很方便，有往返火车站的班车服务，附近有购物中心和许多餐厅，房间宽敞，设施齐全，服务也很棒🙏

Friendly stuffs, location is ok (in indian town) Huge room with all kitchenette to cook (residents)

This very well could be my best stay experience thus far as many aspects of the stay come across as very enjoyable. First of all, I would like to highlight the friendliness of every frontline staff, from the reception, housekeeping, even from the security staff which always try to be friendly and give any assistance wherever possible, as is expected from a high-end branded residence like Ascott. Befitting its motto of "home-away-from-home experience", the room includes many amenities which may come across as excess in comparison to a common hotel room, but is absolutely helpful, especially for an extended stay. Even for just 2 nights, facilities such as induction cooker and full cookware and dinnerware is very useful. The room is also very spacious with many room for movement. Regarding the location of the hotel, it is close but not part of the Stesen Sentral Kuala Lumpur complex. The hotel can be reached from the complex through Nu Sentral mall with a ~400m walk from the mall, which is not entirely covered but is a full-fledged sidewalk. Dragging luggage through the sidewalk may be a pain due to some height difference. The hotel provides a shuttle to the station (and some other PoIs) should guests want that facility. Most of the the window view should be towards Stesen Sentral and Little India area in Brickfields.

Saya sangat senang dengan keramahan dan pelayanan yang diberikan selama menginap. Kamarnya bersih dan nyaman, memberikan suasana istirahat yang sempurna. Fasilitas hotel juga sangat memadai dan terawat dengan baik. Sarapan yang disediakan lezat dan bervariasi, sungguh memuaskan selera. Terima kasih atas pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan ini.

Very nice service apartment. Super clean, super tidy. We faced an issue, but the manager Shazami helped us through it. Great service by the Ascot team and Mr. Shazami. Will surely stay here again.

Cleanliness is tops here! It's clean everywhere :) Reception, room, pool area, and gym. We love the spacious room with a lounge sofa, work desk, and fully equipped kitchenette and coffee maker. Bed and pillows were super comfy, and water pressure in the rain shower was good and satisfying after walking in the humid outdoors. Reception staff were professional yet friendly and personable. My daughter checked in after 10 PM and was promptly offered refreshing iced tea, dodol, and wet towels. :) We appreciate the thoughtful gesture. Breakfast variety was limited at the Meals Station but OK for a quick bite before we step out to nearby Nu Sentral (5 mins walk). Overall, we had a lovely 3 days 2 Night stay and will definitely book this for future visits to Kuala Lumpur. :)

Love to come again and will be recommended to closest friends and relatives. Good location. Good staff. Good breakfast. Good fragrant and clean place. (Entry main lobby, immediately smell so good) good welcome drink (simple but happy). The staff named Raqiz is so friendly and very helpful ⭐. Thank you Raqiz and stay healthy to all of you.

. It is a service apartment after all. Not good for services from the front liner. Nobody there since my arrival so we drag and move our luggage from car to the hotel lobby by ourself. No bell boy or security that come to help us. Even the receptionist too. I like the studio room.

It was an awesome experience to stay in this hotel. Helpful, very friendly, and helpful.

Kamar luas, bersih, fasilitas lengkap, petugas ramah, sangat puas menginap di sini. Dekat dengan pusat transportasi. Selanjutnya biar bintang yang berbicara. ⭐👍
