Staf sangat membantu saat check in dan check out. Staf-nya ramah-ramah sekali.

Staf hotel ramah sekali, lokasi strategis di antara Legian dan pantai, ada fasilitas mobil yang bisa mengantar dengan sopir yang berpengalaman dan ramah. Kami menginap di room family dan menikmati karena anak-anak merasa enjoy.

Buthup tidak ditaruh tutupan watapel kurang lancar.

Overall menyenangkan, hotelnya asri kamar luas sangat bersih, kolam bersih, staff ramah. ☺️

Staf super duper ramah, beberapa kali memastikan keperluan kita, sampai kami sudah mau otw pun di datangin untuk memastikan kami tidak kecewa atas pelayanannya, good job adi dharma 😉.

when we arrived at the hotel we were offered a room with two single beds and the housekeeping staff resisted the idea of moving the two single bed to one double bed which I suppose is their job. After a lot of waiting and convincing they finally gave us a double bed where me, my spouse and my 2 year old could sleep together. Then I decided to book myself a spa at the Hotel for which they gave me an appointment to be at the spa at 7.30 but when I reached there at 7.35 the spa manager comes up to me and impolitely states that I am late and that I should hurry up. I did so and reached the spa desk where I was treated badly by the staff and insulted for no reason. when I said i would like to cancel my appointment because you are impolite the staff had the opacity to say "you want to cancel just because we were impolite" with this the staff exchanged comments in Indonesian language, which I think is the highest order of insult to a Guest who is paying to receive your services. I think both the Adi Dharma hotel and cottages are the worst places you can opt to stay in Bali. There are many good Hotels around the vicinity and one can choose. Thank God our stay is over

Boleh lah, cuma tempatnya jauh ke dalam, agak susah dicapai.

Lokasi ditengah kota, kebutuhan lain mudah didapat, aman...

Lingkungan hotel yang sangat asri, puas bermalam disini...

Lokasi hotel sulit dicari.. Pertama masuk ke adi dharma cottage ( 1 grup ) tapi resepsionis tidak membantu dan kurang bersahabat apabila dengan saya yang turis lokal (hanya melayani turis mancanegara)

Hotel yang nyaman dan tidak berisik,, sayang Akses ke pantai cukup jauh dan untuk sarapan enak

Akses jalan terlalu sempit. Penunjuk jalan kurang. Pelayanan baik

Hotelnya nyaman. tidak berisik dan tempat tidurnya oke banget. Harga terjangkau dan cocok dengan segala fasilitas. Pelayanannya juga bagis banget. kalau ada sesuatu mrk cepat datang dan selesaikan. Pokoknya puas dan tidak nyesel.
