Regular check on hot water system as it didn't reach the high floors optimally. I stayed on the 20th floor

Everything is perfect: location, cleanliness, services. The only drawback is it's too expensive compared with other hotels around the same location.

The carpet (Floor 21) smells unpleasant before entering the room, but inside, it smells very good and clean. Good services.

All aspects are great except the food which is rather pricey.

When check in to the room, got the noisy aircon sound that I encounter and will feel annoying especially for light sleeper, after request to change room, but still got to waiting quite sometimes to get answer from them, quite a bad experience.

Pros: - Big room (32 square metres) - Tastefully designed room. - Comfortable Herman Miller Chair and Sealy Bed. - Nespresso Coffee Machine with 3 complimentary pods. - Separate shower and tub. - The white company toiletries. - 2pm check in (most hotels check in is 3pm) and 2pm check out (dependent on room availability - I got it) - CBD room view. Cons: - no complimentary mini bar items. - tea bags are 3 generic Dilmah tea bags (English breakfast, earl grey, chamomile) and Japanese green tea. - no Bluetooth music player. - small 43 inch Sony TV. - no casting. - no electronic curtains. - one side of the bed does not have wall socket. - no usb charging ports. - queen sized bed. - no pillow menu. - Amenities toothpaste rather than Colgate. - no comb provided. - bath tub is a little small. - no concealed cistern or toto washlet (or equivalent) - no bidet.

Extremely clean hotel. Perfect stay. Counter staff were extremely professional.

Overall stay is nice. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. However, there is no hair dryer and TV has audio problem. Need to call for assistance. They did come to fix it. But for me the most disappointing part is that I expect the TV to be a smart TV so that I can connect my phone to the TV but it is not. If only the TV is a smart TV, stay would have been better: (.

Best stay-cation location. Lots of good food around the area-100AM mall, tanjong pagar market and jap restaurants all within walkong distance.

My family stay in 4 rooms for 4 days 3 night 4 .. the room is huge. with very luxurious bathroom.. many variety for b fast easy access anywhere...and food-stall and dondondonki next to our hotel.. for sure well be back again one day...😘😘
