非常非常不推荐： 1. 下午3点入住，房间已满。我怒气冲冲地准备离开酒店后，酒店打电话问我还有没有空房（204房间）。 2. 工作人员和老板态度粗鲁，不友好。 3. 房间里没有毛巾。我问他们要毛巾，他们回复得非常敷衍（毛巾还在洗衣房）。也没有牙刷。他们给了我一小块肥皂，够用两天。 4. 浴室很脏，地板上有积水。 5. 洗手池的水龙头漏水，噪音很大。 6. 白色喷头磨损严重，上面有黑点。 TRAVELOKA为什么要和这样的酒店合作？

So amazed with the price because so cheap but I really comfortable during my stay here. Thick blanket, a very nice hot shower! Fast check in and check out. Not really a budget hotel for me. So happy! Would come back here if I want to go shopping again nearby.

Selalu menginap di hotel ini sejak dari dulu. Harga murah, tidak mengecewakan. Boleh tidur dengan nyenyak.

Easy and smooth check in. Room was clean and neat.

Layanannya kurang bagus, berisik, bantalnya kotor semua yang lama, tempat tidurnya juga sudah tua.

Penginapan yang selesa, bilik yang bersih, tiada seberang gangguan.

Semuanya okey & amat puas hati, grand orchard sudah jadi rumah kedua saya.

Kamarnya cukup bagus, tapi tidak cocok untuk keluarga, karena terlalu berisik. Karena lokasinya dekat sekali dengan pasar. Lorong kamar gelap kurang pencahayaannya. Dan grab agak susah mau jemput juga. Karena posisinya di belakang gedung dan mentok jalan.

Alhamdulillah, penginapan yang selesa & damai.

Sangat menyenangkan, di sekitaran banyak kuliner 24, Tapi ada satu yang kurang memuaskan free WiFi tapi tidak bisa digunakan buka whatsapp dan aplikasi lainnya.

Bedsheet dirty, “yellowish” everywhere. Ask them to change, receive same bedsheet, also got yellow2, yucks. They want to change me to another room, new room so smelly. Busuk

Logistic is very good. Near to Jakel Mall, Haniff department, Sogo. LRT masjid jamek about 5 min walk. The room was big. But old furniture and bathroom looked old too. No water heater. A big cons. Nice staffs btw. Overall ok. U get what you pay.

this is exactly what the room look like... it's quite good and cheaper to... But the location almost unreachable.. I got lost when I arrived there.. Maybe because there were construction nearby and the closed some way head there... You must walk about 5-10 minutes to went to nearest kjl (train station)

my stay here was great. convenient and very economical. I'm sure can't find any other place offering satisfying services at a very affordable price. well done Grand Orchid Hotel.....
