这是我第一次住在那里，就已经遇到了没有热水的问题......而且热水供应也很有限......房间里没有电话，电视也不能用，而且还是临时搭建的。

我在这家酒店住过几次了。位置很方便，附近有一家大型超市和我们家最喜欢的烤鸡店。隔壁还有一家24小时营业的咖啡馆，味道不错。

酒店不错，但是比较旧，非常古典，典型的英式风格。还有一台CRT电视。宽敞的房间，配有一张桌子和两把椅子。房间还设有大窗户，可以欣赏城市美景。 地理位置优越，靠近海港、小吃摊、超市和小巴总站。

Lokasinya ideal, dekat tempat tempat makan, Hypermart, terminal bus dan pelabuhan. Kamarnya lumayan luas, ada kulkas, coffee maker, meja makan dan 2 kursi. Kamar mandi juga cukup luas, walaupun fasilitasnya sudah tua dan perlu diganti, tetapi masih berfungsi. Semua karyawan baik dan ramah. Sayangnya kami hanya dikasih 1 botol air minum per hari padahall kami berdua. Tips= cermin di kamar perlu lebih dibersihkan sampai cemerlang, TV kuno perlu diganti.

hotel yang sdh sangat tua, properti juga sdh tua, bau kamar yang sdh sangat lama, jadi tilam dan sofa macam gatal lah, toilet ada lipas. perlu diubahsuai nih hotel

Untuk resepsionisnya sangat ramah tapi untuk wifinya kayaknya ga aktif dan satu lagi tidak di siapkan sikat gigi.

Summary: Rating is 4/5. Pro: 1. Easy parking facility (other hotels in the same location do not have parking faci as good as Marco Polo) 2. Friendly and good staff. 3. The place is near to a lot of malls and other interesting places. Cons: 1. The room I had smell a bit weird. But not really a problem because the next day the odour was gone. 2. Water supply issue. The shower in our shower room was not working. So we used the water supplied in the bath tub. In short, good place to stay!
