Clean, good breakfast, good service

Good experience to stay in this hotel.

Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast has both variety and quality. This is definitely the hotel I’ll stay again if I come back to Casablanca. The only shortcoming could be no separate room for bath which might be an issue if you are sharing the room with friends not families.

Clean, spacious and comfortable room Staff are very helpful. They helped me to book PCR test and print the report out.

非常好的酒店 前台很热情服务也全面 房间非常非常大 很漂亮比图片上更好看 非常干净 但如果可以的话我要抱怨doorman他们帮我叫了cab非常破的车且不打表 一段10分钟的路程要收5倍的车费 完全失去了信任

睡床枕頭舒適，是我在摩洛哥睡過最好的床。 可惜前台職員冷淡完全無笑容，見職員看似在看電腦以為在工作，站在前台前等了很久也不理會，上前查問才做check in，辦完手續才給你一個微笑（因為不用再工作？） 前台、大台陳舊，與房間摩登格調完全不同，工作態度、前台大堂裝修完全不值這價錢

Super service et très bel hôtel

空港行きのタクシーを、ホテルの従業員が手配してくれた。空港までの料金はヒィクスで300DHMと伝えられたが、タクシーの運転手が国内線のターミナルなら300だが、国際線ターミナルならもっと払えと言ってきた。 このホテルは一応高級ホテルなのでタクシーも選ぶべきだ。

Nice hotel but sadly the service was poor mini fridge in room was not working even tho we was told someone would sort it - breakfast very poor service the staff lacked attentive service food and drinks not regularly refilled

TRES BEL HOTEL .Personnel a l 'écoute ,compètent, conciliant et très sympathique . Superbe buffet petit dejeuner.

Reception very old stylish. But rest is ok

The room was clean and had a very nice layout. The pool and pool area were clean and well-kept. The hotel had a convenient location. I visited the spa for a just massage and the massage was very overpriced. Be aware that draping (i.e., covering areas of the body not being massaged with a towel/sheet) is not a done at this spa which makes for a chilly experience. I would stay at this hotel again but I would skip the massage.

Hotel is in a great location. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Note that the rooms are pretty noisy.

La chambre était propre et bien équipée. Le personnel était accueillant et aux petits soins. L’hôtel mérite quelques rénovations : luminaire dans la salle de bain, rideaux qui laisse passer la lumière. Du côté du boulevard, la chambre est bruyante, même à un étage élevée.
