En fantastisk vistelse med det trevliga värdparet som välkomnade oss när vi anlände. Allt var planerat i detalj från in till utcheckning. Vi kunde sitta i vardagsrummet i lugn och ro och blanda oss en drink. God frukost.

Comfortable, clean guest house with very helpful hosts

Jenni and Mark were great hosts with excellent advice on the town. The room was lovely, spotless. Breakfast was delicious. We could only stay one night but I wish we’d been able to stay longer.

Our stay at the Spindrift Guest House was our favorite across our Scottish travels! Mark and Jennie’s hospitality was amazing and the accommodations were perfect. We took their suggestions for traveling by train into Edinburgh, where to eat in downtown Anstruther, and driving into St Andrew’s. This location was a quick 15-minute drive to the Old Course, which was very convenient since we were going daily to enter the singles draw. The breakfast was lovely, and my husband said the coffee was some of the best he’s had. I highly recommend staying at the Spindrift! 10/10

We were greeted by extremely friendly, helpful hosts who showed us around and made us feel very welcome. Our room was bright, pristine and beautifully presented. The honesty bar was lovely to come back to after our meal out. The room is grand and lots of interesting items to look at. Our night stay was very comfortable and peaceful. The breakfast was one of the best cooked breakfasts we have ever had. If your thinking about booking a stay, don't think about it BOOK IT!!!!! You definitely will not be disappointed. Absolutely beautiful home, well furnished and maintained. Owners were wonderful to talk to and offered excellent dining recommendations.

Very nice guest house and amazing hosts. Very helpful and knowledgeable of the local area, where to eat, swim etc. The breakfast was excellent, would have no hesitation in booking again.

This is the gold standard for B&Bs. Mark and Jeni are wonderful hosts and the house is nicely decorated and furnished. The breakfast was delicious, and we had so many choices! We would recommend this B&B to anyone staying near St. Andrews. There are stairs to the rooms, as is the case in most B&Bs and hotels in Scotland, so since we had a car, we pack a small weekend bag, so we don't have to carry heavy suitcases up and down. Thank you Mark and Jeni for a wonderful stay!

Amazing

The spindrift guest house is excellent you get met at the door by the hosts Mark and Jeni, who make you feel so welcome like your part of the family. They show you around the breakfast room and the lounge . The rooms are big and comfy thw whole place is spotless. Breakfast is amazing and you pick what you want from a changing menu daily which is finished off with homade loaf from Jeni we had banana loaf this morning which was still warm. Nothing is to much trouble for the hosts i would recommend a visit here and we will be back next year.

Jen and her husband are so lovely . You can walk in minutes to a gorgeous beach full of seashells . Breakfast was bespoke and amazing . Full cash bar in the cozy sitting room came in handy :) we are most definitely going back next year

The accommodations at the Spindrift Guest House were outstanding, extremely clean and cozy and met all our needs. The owners couldn’t have been more welcoming and added to our extremely positive impression of the guest house. It’s a wonderful place to stay while you’re in Anstruther and you won’t be disappointed.

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Jenni and Mark are very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here.
