Hotel bien placé, au coeur de la ville. Pas de parking dédié, il faut se garer dans la rue. Chambre propre et confortable.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per un viaggio di lavoro in solitaria e l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. Camera pulita e confortevole, personale cordiale e disponibile. Tutto ha funzionato perfettamente, rendendo il soggiorno piacevole ed efficiente.

I've been to 2 star hotels that were better than this supposedly 4 star one. The room furniture looks like the cheapest IKEA one you can get, the shower was rusty and the toilet flush button was broken. The AC didn't work properly. The breakfast is pure poison as well. Avoid.

The service at the front desk was very nice. The property on Hotels.com was not as advertised. We had anticipated a laundry service and this was in the middle of our trip so that we could have clean clothes. There is no laundry service. The photographs shown of the room was not the standard room. So when we arrived, we got an economy room that was Very small uncomfortable and had an odor to it. I have to say the hotel did the right thing and upgraded our room and did not charge us. The room that we did get was the room shown in the photographs on Hotels.com and was very nice and comfortable.

E stato un soggiorno molto breve ma piacevole ,la pulizia della camera e degli spazi comuni impeccabili. Sicuramente noi ci torneremo e lo consiglio.

Personale molto efficiente e cordiale. Bella la struttura,anche se "datata". I bagni sono recenti,il resto della stanza no richiede lavori di ammodernamento. Letto comodo. Nel complesso bupna struttura, ci tornerei. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

The hotel was very nice in a very convenient location. The breakfast was decent and the room was spacious. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative thing was the rather early check out time.

Im Hotel arbeitet sehr nettes Personal, das den Gästen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Bett schön groß. Es gab sogar einige internationale Fernsehsender und das WLAN funktionierte tadellos und war schnell. Montecatini Terme ist ein sehr touristischer Ort mit vielen Hotels und Restaurants und ist zentral im Norden der Toskana gelegen, sodass Ziele wie Lucca, Pisa und Florenz schnell zu erreichen sind (wahlweise per Auto oder Bahn). Es gibt zwar keinen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt ab Hotel, aber ca. 400 m die Straße runter einen sehr großen, kostenfreien Parkplatz. Es gab ein einfaches Frühstück, das reichlich war und auch viele Optionen besaß, dennoch wäre etwas mehr Vielfalt z. B. mehr Sorten frischen Obstes oder verschiedenen Käsesorten wünschenwert gewesen.

Super hôtel, il vaut vraiment le détour. La chambre est au top, grand espace magnifique. L’eau est super agréable et douce 😉. La patronne est très gentille, les employés au top et ils prennent soin des clients quelconques. Petit déjeuner très bon et de qualité. Le personnel parle le français, un vrai petit plus.
