Vakkert hotell i nærheten av alt. Fint bassengområde og fine rom. Måtte bytte rom siden airconditionen ikke fungerte, og de var veldig hjelpsomme med alt. Det nye rommet var noe slitt, men det var likevel pent og med en fin balkong. Svært koselig frokostsal. Alt i alt er kjempefint hotell med 10/10 personale.

An magnificent stay. The hotel is ideally located close to museums, restaurants and the centre of the city. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The spa was lovely. We had an excellent 2 night stay.

I am very disappointed by the way this situation was handled. My wife required urgent medical care, and despite the circumstances, the hotel showed absolutely no flexibility or empathy. Beyond the strict cancellation policy, what was most shocking was the complete lack of assistance or concern during a real medical emergency. At no point did anyone offer practical help, such as calling an ambulance, assisting us, or even asking whether we needed support while rushing to the hospital in a foreign country. I understand that hotels have policies, but basic human consideration and customer care should come first in situations involving health emergencies. Unfortunately, this experience left us with the feeling that administrative rules mattered more than the wellbeing of guests.

Traditional comfort with elegant interiors and a convenient location.

We loved our stay at Hotel Victoria and the Iside Spa. The room we had was small (not uncommon in Europe) but sufficient and the amenities were good. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. The location is great. The Spa was wonderful and just what we needed after traveling from the US. The hot tub, steam and sauna were wonderful - one steam room also had a cold plunge pool inside it. We had massages the next day as well and they were very good. When checking in to the spa, they let you know you're required to wear a swim cap if you use the pool, and sell them for 3 euro each. The breakfast room and patio were beautiful and the breakfast were great as well. We wished we would have stayed longer and look forward to our next visit - we would stay again!

La ubicacion excelente, el servicio de Spa/Piscina exceptional, personal del hotel de lo mas atentos. Desayuno completo y variado... buen cafe, Capuchino. el dia de mi salida, fueron tan finos que me dejaron desayuno para que lo llevara, sali a las 6:30am. Si visitara la Ciudad de Turin Nuevamente mi alojamiento seria en el Hotel Victoria & Spa.

Obwohl täglich Verbesserung versprochen wurde, hatten wir im Zimmer nach 4Tagen immer noch kein WLAN Empfang 😡

Camera e servizi pulitissimi . Camera luminosa e con un meraviglioso terrazzo, cosa da me molto apprezzata!. Personale estremamente gentile ed efficiente. Procedure di chek in e out velocissime. Ottima la colazione, decisamente consigliata. Purtroppo non ho avuto tempo, per miei impegni pregressi,per provare la SPA (mi era stata consigliata da un paio di amici che sono stati in precedenza, e più di una volta, in questo hotel). Posizione centrale e silenziosa. Bei dintorni. Decisamente : consiglio questa struttura.

My room was charming, with flowered wallpaper, a four-poster bed, and a chaise longue. I appreciated not having to insert a card to control the lights. The lobby, bar, garden, and breakfast room were all beautiful. The breakfast buffet was well stocked, and the croissants were excellent. The location was very convenient, just a couple of blocks from the nearest Metro station and a couple of blocks farther to the Duomo. The hotel is on a small, quiet side street. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I did not use the spa facilities. I recommend this hotel with enthusiasm!

Bon hôtel avec petit déjeuner. L'espace SPA est très appréciable. Il y a tout les équipements nécessaires dans un style propre a l'hôtel (style classique élégant) Un bon hôtel !

Personnel aux petits soins, spa superbe, pking. Pdj correct. Beau cadre. Mais l'absence de climatisation à cette époque est embêtante. On a dû ouvrir la fenêtre sur la rue, bruit ...

Absolute steal at 200 a night. Location is perfect. Spa in unique. Breakfast is good but doesn't have fried eggs, although the scrambled eggs are at least real and not some goop like other hotels. Bar is great, just book it it you see a good price.

Very well located hotels with large enough rooms of about 25 sq m. Staff were warm and helpful. Hotel decor were vicotrian style so a little old fashion. Keys were conventional ones tied to a heavy key chain. Bar was nice with good choice of drinks and some food

Ottima la struttura, la colazione e la spa. Posizione perfetta tra la stazione e i luoghi di interesse. Personale molto disponibile dal vivo (un po' meno al telefono)

L’hôtel est charmant, j’ai plaisir à être venu à plusieurs reprises et je reviendrai avec plaisir :) Seul point faible : ils n’ont pas encore opéré de transition écologique et continuent d’utiliser des gel douches et shampoings unitaires peu pratiques et terriblement pas adaptés aux enjeux de 2026.
