I was bitten by a bee when I am bathing. It was a horrible experience and the entrance is hard to find and no air condition. But the location is good anyway.

This is not a hotel, this is university halls disguised as a hotel in the off season. I feel like I was scammed into booking it. The listing is called princes gardens with very select photos making it look half decent hotel. The reality is it’s imperial college but they want to scam money from unsuspecting people. On arrival it’s so unclear where to go too as they do not disclose your staying in the college halls, I spoke with numerous “staff” (basically kids who were hall monitors) who kept me wondering back up and down the road all advising it was the other direction. Despite all this it may not have been that bad had the room have air conditioning or half decent WiFi. Stuck in a uni halls at 35…great stay 🙄

These are Student Halls rented out as hotel rooms outside of term time, but are a great location close to the Royal Albert Hall. Rooms are basic but then so is the price.

Så værelset var pænt og rent - og til god pris ift. central placering, men naturligvis ikke luksus. Sengen var ikke ret god, men alt i alt en fin oplevelse, og min datter og jeg følte os godt tilpas

Booked online not realizing property was a college campus dorm room. Quite small and hot room. Long walk to campus cafeteria for breakfast however food was good.

Its great it had a gym and steam room and sauna which you have to pay on top of the accommodation.$15 pound im only giving it a 3 star because I didnt realise it was student accommodation not a normal hotel however the staff was great and accommodation adequate but very clean.

I wish I was a student in these rooms. Much better than when I was at university.

The convenience of location, affordability of a safe, comfortable room, and being so close to Hyde Park and other great locations, with a walkable distance to Paddington Station. I would definitely do this again and have a longer stay/ layover in London.

As this was summer accommodation for the price it was reasonable. No tv in our room which was a shame. Maybe have some in stock for those that wish to have one. The Eastside bar/ restaurant was closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays which is useless for those on a long weekend city break, there must be enough people around to operate the facility. We had to go across to Pret in the main Imperial building if we wanted a coffee or a snack and then walk to a pub if we wanted a drink. The surrounding area is lovely and Princess Gardens was great to sit in. Easy access to Hyde Park and museums also the Albert Hall. We will definitely go again before term starts in September.

Super hilfsbereites Personal. Perfekte Lage zum Park, Museen und gute U-Bahn Anbindung. Zimmer zweckmäßig aber sauber und relativ groß für London auch das Badezimmer. Der Campus an sich ist schön mit einer Bar um die Ecke und einem kleinen Supermarkt. Das Frühstück ist vollkommen ok - Full english breakfast und Kontinental. Es sind viele Jugendgruppen am Campus auch beim Frühstück. Aber auch damit kann man sich arrangieren. Insgesamt eine günstige und gute Wahl.

The room was clean. Staff were mainly students. Breakfast was in another block of the complex,so did not go there for breakfast. Spar shop on site.

I stay here every year for the convenience and value for money.

Location is fabulous - so close to all the museums and Royal Albert Hall. You are staying in uni halls, although clean they are basic. Don’t forget to ask for a hairdryer if you need one!!!!!

Very basic accommodation . Handy for Hyde Park & Harrods. Good value breakfast.

The accommodations are basic as they are student hall but the location is fantastic and garden make it feel peaceful in such a busy location. Would highly recommend
