Experiences recorded are for the"studio without a view". Cozy & compact. There 's a tiny kitchenette with microwave and oven. The bathroom is a squeeze but well appointed. Lighting is atmospheric tending on the darker side. There are no blackout windows, so the morning light will leak in along the borders of the window blinds. The room is hardly sound proofed- do expect street noise and neighbor noise to intrude occasionally depending on your luck. The beds are squishy, not firm, almost lumpy, so if you have a bad back, be warned. Otherwise the property is of good quality & design. You do get the feeling that the studio was a just a way for them to squeeze more beds into the property as an almost after thought. Overall not bad given the location off Hastings.
