房間實在太棒了，我們被升等景觀房，房間很舒適、很大，而且景色很漂亮，如果你想要看日出的話，絕對是要選這間飯店。早餐選擇也很多，是自助式的早餐，非常美味。

Alles sehr gut, vor allem preiswert. Auch meine Gold Level wurde berücksichtigt, was eher eine Seltenheit geworden ist

Zermatt is expensive. So I was looking at something at a more favourable price and crossing my fingers it wasn’t dreadful. It turns out that this hotel was a really awesome place to stay, if you want to have a few CHF left in your pocket to enjoy the opportunities in the mountains. The rooms are small, but clean, comfortable and efficiently laid out. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were super helpful. (I forgot that the shops close for lunch and I couldn’t get my ski equipment back to the shop before my train departure. The staff member at the desk promised to take care of it. Here’s the BEST THING about this hotel: location! It’s an easy walk from the train station but not on the main street (which I imagine can be noisy) and mere steps away from a bus stop for both the red and green lines.

Lovely area and helpful staff. Showers are quite small in the bathrooms. Breakfast is really nice, great selection of foods.

Good for a short stay. Staff was helpful. Check in time is pretty strict. No restaurant in the premises. Decent breakfast. Located close to a few restaurants and shops.

The staff could be more friendly

Hotel kept clean, did not have a Matterhorn view I was in the back side but still a great view of the lower city. Room nice and comfy with a warm down blanket. It's nice to plopen the window at night and catch the cool Alpine breeze. You can faintly hear the river below and you fall fast asleep.

Gutes Hotel, gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis und zentrale Lage in Zermatt. Schöne, traditionelle Holzausstattung des Restaurants bzw. des Frühstücksraumes.

Room was spacious and had a balcony view of the Matterhorn.

Staff were warm and friendly especially the bartenders whose names I can’t remember. There was this one guy who was courteous to point out a few hotspots nearby which made my overnight stay better. Thank you ;) I enjoyed the ambiance, heated towel racks and warm bathroom floor. It was short stay but good place to stay. I would visit again and recommend to others.

Right in the area you want to be with a great view of the Matterhorn!

坂はありますが駅から近く、大きいキャリーケースを持っても歩いてホテルまで行けました。 チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただけて助かりました。 お部屋は広く、2人で大きいキャリーケースを広げても窮屈さはありませんでした。 お部屋からはツェルマットの街並みと山々が同時に見られて、夜は一階のバーから聴こえてくる音楽もとっても素敵で、どこかから焚き火のような匂いもして五感で楽しめるホテルでした。。 次にツェルマットに行く時はぜひ一階のお店も利用したいと思いました。 9月でしたがクリスマスを彷彿とさせる街は本当に素敵で、最高の思い出になりました。

I love the hotel overall, especially the great mountain view from the room, but there is a little bit of noise from the bar at night.

We stayed at a room with a balcony facing mt Matterhorn. Train station is in walking distance and the streets are luggage friendly. The hotel is close to the river and you will have lots of dining options. With the forever changing mountain climate, clouds flying in and out, a nice Mountain View helped in deciding when to head to the top viewing platform.
