The hotel’s location is great - you are a few minutes walk from both the upper & lower historic city center. The breakfast is good - they offer fresh fruits, yoghurts, and the usual hot breakfast like eggs, omelettes, sausages, etc. The service team is great & speak fluent English. The hotel maintenance is good, close to excellent. No complaints. The room for 3 persons was spacious and made as a semi-suite. There is a tram running very close to the hotel and you can hear it, but it didn’t bother us and we slept very well. It’s not a fancy hotel, but a good option to stay to explore Zagreb due to its excellent location.

Chambre extrèmement bruyante avec le passage du tram juste devant fonctionnant très tard le soir et trsè tôt le matin. Des bouchons d'oreilles sont mis à disposition mais le passage du tram crée des vibrations importantes. Pour parvenir à la réception, il faut gravir une série de marches, peu pratiques avec des valises. L'hotel est très bien situé vers les sites les plus importants.

Great breakfast. The Staff was very helpful! I needed to call my car rental company twice and the staff let me use their phone.

The air conditioning works property. The only negative with the hotel is that it is located next to a very busy city-tram line. The tram service appears to start early, at about 4.30 a.m., and ends at about midnight. The hotel building reverberated when the tram passes. The hotel provides ear-plugs which is thoughtful, but the guest will feel the “shake”. I did not notice the reverberation too much the first night because I was dead-tired after the trans-Atlantic flight, but I could hardly sleep the second night. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy. The Hotel makes up the negatives for a very good breakfast which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Frokosten var bra. God eggerøre og stort sett det man trenger til en frokost. Airconditon fungerte som den skulle på alle tre rommene vi leide. På hemsen på to av rommene var det ikke tørket støv på en stund.

Nice staff. Very helpful. The breakfast was god, A lot of noise from the tram that passed right outside the corner room from to sides. We stayed there for one night because of the central location.

Hôtel situé aux portes du centre ville, à environ 10 minutes à pieds de la place Josipa Jelačića. Propre et bien équipé, les chambres sont bien agencées. Literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner est complet (aussi bien salé que sucré). Le seul point noir que l'on peut relever, est la vibration du tram qui passe au pied du bâtiment. L'hôtel fourni gratuitement des bouchons d'oreille.

Bed was pretty uncomfortable and tgere was a fair bit of noise - from the trams passing and also because i was unlucky enough to be beside what seemed to be a large staff cupboard, and there was a lot of banging from very early in the morning. But otherwise all good. Perfect for a short stay. Great location.

O quarto é limpo, o funcionário foi super solicito, nos autorizou entrar no quarto antes do checkin. O café da manhã tem variedades. Tudo gostoso.
