Really good place to stay for visiting your family nearby this area , also prefect environment for stay and location very good for travelling from Pinner or Eastcote to central London Zone 1 etc . great room equipped with all you need .Room cleaning very well for everyday

The family room is really good, with nice pantry, equipped with microwave. Easy to have breakfast inside our room. I love the way they refilled all the snacks after our first night stay. We stayed in the first floor, have to get our luggage upstair. The double room appear a bit small, with not much moving space.

Great location for us? Parking was easy. Check in was good.

We stay here quite often. The staff here are excellent. It’s in a good location. There is an indian restaurant on site which serves really good food. The price of a pint of cobra however is £7.50, so not cheap. The bed, bedding and towels are clean. The rooms and hotel are clean. However, property overall is tired. We appreciate it is old, but doors to our bathroom did not close, one of the windows did not shut. If you are in the front of the hotel there is a lot of road noise (I take ear plugs) If you are not looking for 5* luxury you really can’t go wrong.

I simply cannot believe you allow this hotel on your site. You need to visit it and see the state of the room . They advertise on there hygiene award as 5 star again its impossible that this is valid. We now cannot use your site anymore if this is what you allow on your website
