Dear Expedia Customer Support, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the hotel I recently booked through your platform and to request a full refund due to the unacceptable condition of the accommodation. Upon checking in, I was shocked by the state of the room. It had no window for ventilation which was not disclosed at the time of booking, and the room was infested with mosquitoes and flies. The overall condition was far below what could reasonably be expected for the price paid and did not meet basic standards of comfort, hygiene, or safety. The situation was so unsuitable that I immediately booked another hotel and checked out shortly after arriving. I did not stay in the room because it was simply uninhabitable. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a **full refund** for this booking. I believe this is a fair and reasonable request considering the misrepresentation of the room and the extremely poor conditions.
