The property did not allow us in. they said that they do not accept any bookings from Hotels.com. we paid for the night but could not enter!

We were very disappointed to have to hear that your website is no longer authorised to take bookings for this establishment and that you were supposed to have removed them from your website since you take their bookings and accept payment and never pay the money over to this establishment. We had to pay again at the establishment and were advised to cancel the booking through you and get a refund. I tried to cancel our booking with you but with no luck. I would like a refund please

Simply amazing. A unique pace n the world, watching the waves from your bed. But we were lucky they had a room available because they did not have a reservation for us even though we booked and paid through hotels.com.
