Excelente opción para viajeros que requieren pernoctar en Medellín

Friendly staff and helpful.

The Hotel has been undergoing renovation, and the rooms we received where excellent. My room even had a whirlpool tub. The included breakfast also had many delicious options.

Nice renovations but beds are too hard for my liking. Hot water takes about 8 minutes to finally start.staff and shuttle service are great.

The only negative thing I have to say is the airport shuttle was 25 minutes late

Great location-only five minutes from the airport. The entire staff is welcoming, and prepared to go out if their to fulfill any requests.

One night stay after a late night arrival, next to busy freeway and no A/C in rooms but reasonable breakfast and very clean

Very nice place

Las personas del transporte en especial el Sr William, tuvieron un trato muy agradable. En el área del restaurante, tambien era muy atentas las chicas que estaban ahí atendiendo. Algo que no me gustó, es que no tenían nevera en la habitación. Ojalá que cuando terminen la construcción del puente, sea menos ruidosa ésa zona.

Beautiful place

The hotel was an excellent choice to welcome my mother who was coming from Montreal to Venezuela. The staff was absolutely friendly and committed to providing care. thanks to the entire team.

Is okay , to much noise for construction around it .

The one thing I found particularly annoying is that I couldn’t check in not one minute before 3:00 pm!
