因為等待新居入伙，所以在這酒店住了兩個星期，職員對住宿的要求及提問都很快回覆，亦都得到他們的細心安排。我會推薦這間酒店。

My only negative comment is that the building is old so you hear other people moving about upstairs etc

Enjoy my stay clean room stayed two nights and was made welcome and comfortable.

Nice hotel with good service and comfortable rooms in a nice part of Bromley.

Just spent a night here when large hotel chains were quoting ludicrous rates. Perfectly adequate for us. Ten minutes walk from Bromley centre. Rooms had a fridge, microwave and a fan. We were quite happy and saved ourselves a lot of money.

We found the staff were very friendly and professional,Dean especially, there was a female guest who was unstable, but Dean controlled her with a professional approach, above all we would stay there again , small parking lot but there is a parking lot 0.4 miles from the hotel.

Room was clean and presentable.

Grubby, basic, shower amenities not working properly. Wonderful staff! Very comfortable place to be, homely feel. Value for money. Generous with the flexibility and support of my booking dates changing.

We had a lovely big room with table and chairs too. It was clean. The shower room was clean. For the price a very decent stay.

Very relaxed and cosy place to stay.Nice friendly and super thoughful stuff. Might be not the newest building but with a great atmosfear, ultraclean and organized. The cleaner lady do amazing job everyday.She's a real pro. Highly recomended

We booked for Deluxe double but they upgraded us to family room As we have a baby. Lovely staff and hotel! x

The staff are friendly and happy to help. The room is clean and just right for me. Like me some things are showing their age.

Acceptable room, however very cold with insufficient blankets and weak heating during the night. It would have felt warmer with extra blankets. The shower pressure was weak and the water, even on level 3 and maximum temperature, was only lukewarm to cold. Very minimal amenities for a hotel, such as toothpaste and extra blankets.

Parking was great onsite.
