Amazing cozy hotel with gorgeous views on the promenade. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms perfect with the balcony and lake view. Breakfast buffet was very good and the entire staff was so nice. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Lake Maggiore area.

Pool hätte beheizt sein können. Spa sollte auch für Kinder offen sein, man reserviert eh eine Zeit nur für sich. Wäre schön, man könnte dies auch als Familie. Kissen etwas zu hoch. Frühstück sehr gut. Lage auch sehr schön.

Hotel direkt am See, gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Frühstück vielfältig und schmackhaft.

Hotellet lå idyllisk til ved strandkanten. Ingen forstyrrende trafikk og fin utsikt fra balkongen. Vi prøvde også spaen. Den var meget bra. Frokosten var også utmerket, men vi ble litt skuffet over middagen i restauranten. Vi spiste andebryst, men burde nok spist italiensk mat.

Sehr schönes Hotel in top Lage. Zimmer leider sehr warm, da Klimaanlage zwar vorhanden- aber ab Oktober aus…..

Amazing location & property. We were blow away with how beautiful it is. Service with a big smile & so welcoming. We were coming late & they were so helpful. There are just so many things I can write about this place, Watch the Sunrise from your balcony. Don't miss the breakfast I love pure honey & other than many delicious things must have the Honey. We were lucky enough to get in their boat & take a tour. Thank you we can not wait to come back

La camera aveva una splendida vista sul lago era abbastanza ampia e silenziosa. Il personale di servizio molto cortese e disponibile. Ho apprezzato molto il massaggio relax alla Spa. La prima colazione è internazionale e molto ricca. Soggiorno splendido e consigliatissimo.

sensationelle lage, tolle zimmer und ausstattung… service mit sehr toller küche. reception freundlichkeit personenabhängig, die etwas ältere dame hatte nicht so lust zur servicebereitschaft. insgesamt extrem erholsam und empfehlenswert

Leider fand während unserem Aufenthalt eine Hochzeit statt, dann wurde der Pool und der ganze Luegebereich gesperrt und alles abgeräumt. Man wurde bei der Buchung nicht darauf hingewiesen. Zudem lief dann bis kkurz vor Mitternacht laute Musik am Pool. Seitens Hotel wollte man uns für diese Unannehmlichkeiten nicht entgegenkommen und man hat sich auch nicht entschuldigt.

Très agréable séjour, le petit déjeuner est complet, le restaurant un régal pour les papilles. Félicitation au chef.
