This is a very old minor castle that’s been converted to a hotel. There is no air conditioning, so some of the rooms on the upper floor can get quite warm in late summer. The property is in a very remote location in a tiny village surrounded by vineyard. There aren’t many options for eating, but the good news is that the food at this place is quite outstanding, some of the best food you can find anywhere. The hotel is run by a family with some of the friendliest staff we’ve seen anywhere. We plan to go back.

Our stay at Castello di Verduno met every expectation and beyond! The staff was super friendly and hospitable, the castle is beautiful and peaceful, beautiful rooms made you feel like royalty and amazing wine, cocktails and food!
