Not Quite 5-Star: Great Food, But Several Frustrations

Absolutely fabulous stay, the whole place was beautifully clean, the food was lovely and the staff were fantastic, all so friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Superbe hôtel

Hôtel très agréable. Personnel adorable et très professionnel. Chambre confortable et meublée avec goût. L’endroit est calme . La piscine pour enfant est bien isolée des autres zones. Le parking sous l’hôtel est très pratique. Le spa est excellent.

L'eau de la piscine n etait pas a la remperature indiquer sur leur tableau d information. Apres une réclamation aupres de la direction le problème a ete résolu. ( 2 jours sans profiter de la piscine sur 4). Hotel agréable, merci aux quelques personnes qui parlent français.

O hotel é excelente, comida muito boa e equipe atenciosa e educada. Vista do quarto é otima, estavamos para o lado da piscina. Apenas a água da piscina poderia estar mais quente.

Room was amazing and the staff are brilliant. Only reservation is the Bed and Pillow Selection. Both have slightly let down the otherwise off the chart experience. The pillows are all very hot potentially due to 100% artificial (polyester I believe) filling and the mattress was so hard, it literally gave hard back due to its hardness. Maybe a pillow top on top of the mattress would have been better but hey ho. Other than that, very amazing stay and experience. My 2+ enjoyed the most !

Amazing

Clean, modern, staff very friendly and no requests was ever too much. Food was above average in the buffet, lots of fish and meat options. The al a carte restaurants were superb, particularly the Teppanyaki.

Room not that clean

Salle de sport très bien il ne manquait rien. Chambre super, très belle et confortable. Environnement agréable je recommande vivement

Clean rooms, excellent staff, great food, great hotel. Perfect for a quiet relaxing vacation. Entertainment is quite early and located away from the main hotel bar area making the evenings a bit boring.
