It was very pleasant to stay at this hotel. Even though the location is quite far, it actually offers silence for those who are looking for a place to retreat from the crowds. The fresh air, gentle breeze, the smell of incense, the smell of hay from the traditional roof, the sound of gurgling water, green leaves, and birds chirping are so relaxing. The staff is very nice, friendly, and helpful. I arrived in the middle of the night, and they helped take care of my stuff.

Sangat menyenangkan menginap di hotel ini. Cocok untuk merayakan wedding anniversary 💕 tempat yang teduh, cantik dengan segala interior kamar dan setiap sisi hotelnya. Pasti akan kembali 🌹.

Kolam renang seger banget, kamar bersih mantap.

Kamar cukup nyaman dengan view kolam renang, staf hotel ramah dan helpful.

Resort yang menarik banget, benar-benar tempat buat healing yang oke banget. Suasananya tenang, pegawainya ramah-ramah semua.

Very nice stay, friendly staff, good service, special dinner at request was very nice, good chef, only downside is ants but that would not stop us from visiting again ❤.

Suasana yang sangat menenangkan pikiran, jauh dari keramaian. Cocok untuk nyantai. Untuk para staf trimsksih banyak sudah di pinjami motor. Sangat ramah dan membantu. All the best. Yang suka suasana alam pasti cocok. Breakfast nya enak ada jajan tradisional. Kapan-kapan pingin ke situ lagi.

Overall, pelayanan & suasana di resort ini recommended banget. Crewnya sangat ramah & helpful. Breakfastnya ala carte. If you’re a Muslim, you must tell the officer to cook halal food. Resort ini memang ditujukan u/hibernasi ya, jauh dari hingar bingar. Kalau mau ke kota lumayan juga, no prob kamu bisa sewa motor or rent a car. Aga kecewa dengan kualitas toilet amenitiesnya. Aroma soap, shampoo, hand wash (menurut saya) sama dengan yang di hotel di Bogor (bentuknya liquid blue), tapi yang di resort ini aromanya lebih kuat (mirip belerang). Resort ini kan ratenya diatas 1jt per malam, mungkin bisa lebih eksklusif dalam hal kualitas toilet amenities seperti hotel lain. Hairdyer & lotion tidak tersedia di kamar saya pada saat menginap. WiFi, other benefits, etc baguss 👍🏻

Kiến trúc lạ, tương đối đẹp, tuy nhiên phòng không có máy sấy??

Hotelnya sangat nyaman, cocok buat hanimun dan staf sangat ramah. Floating breakfast-nya keren. Definitely pengen kesana lagi.

- Facilities should be in better condition as they were a little bit old - Booking manager were not in supporting while we tried to ask for information, we received nil response via whatapps -Breakfast should be more diversified

We had our 14th anniversary in Puri Ganga. Staff are very friendly and very accommodating to my humble request with some room decorations. The hotel is not so crowded since there are not many rooms, hence, very peaceful. We will be back again soon.

Khách sạn này phù hợp cho kì nghỉ trăng mật, không gian tươi mát tách biệt hoàn toàn với khói bụi thành phố. Bạn sẽ hoàn toàn thư giãn với không khí mát mẻ từ ban công, phóng tầm mắt ra rửng cây xanh mướt. Phòng là một căn villa riêng biệt rất rộng và trang trí đơn giản nhưng rất đẹp theo nét mộc mạc giản dị. Bạn có thể đi xe của khách sạn đến trung tâm chợ Ubud và thưởng thức các món ăn địa phương hay ngắm nhìn ruộng bậc thang ở thung lũng, hoặc thả mình với trò chơi bali swing... Tất cả sẽ tạo nên một kì nghỉ đáng nhớ tại Ubud.

A good resort and a good place to stay. Unfortunately I just stayed there for one night, and cannot say much about the food or the spa. But I can say the room and the staffs were extraordinary. Oh! and 1 more thing, I got a free room upgrade because of my last minute booking! Thank you so much for the experience Puri Gangga Resort! :)

The room is so nice, friendly and helpful staff, they r very very nice. The room is clean, nice view and the pool is so cool tho. It’s right next to the temple. 😁

I really love this place. The resort is very beautiful, the scenery is romantic. Enthusiastic staff, careful instructions for guests. Many things are free like fruits in the room, afternoon tea and cakes, bike hire, foot massage. The only minus point is the resort is quite far from the center of Ubud, but it's okay. Thank you everyone here for their hospitality. I had a great vacation. Thanks from Vietnam.
