房间很干净，没有异味，性价比很高。但有一点需要改进，房间里蚊子比较多，所以需要购买或自带驱蚊剂。

第一间房：状况糟糕，完全没有打扫。还有上一位客人留下的肥皂。窗帘破损严重。空调坏了。 2）换了一间房——门锁坏了，打不开。 3）第三次换房——酒店要求额外付费。床头柜里有蟑螂。冰箱脏兮兮的。电视也坏了。即使使用自己的手机号码，也无法连接网络。这家酒店太糟糕了。

房间里蚊子很多，他们不提供驱蚊剂或除蚊香。 手持花洒漏水，直到深夜才有人来修。

租了一间家庭房。但是房间和照片不一样，非常糟糕，满是灰尘，所有家具都很旧

Staf ok cuma kolam kotor. Housekeeping teruk. Gangguan mat rempit.

The service and room is very good but the noise disturbance from Mat rempit is quite annoying until can't sleep till 3 or 4am

Aircond rosak tak sejuk langsung dan pintu bilik air terkunci dari dalam dah la suami nak guna bilik air masa tu, then minta tukar bilik sebab bilik tu dasyat sangat jadi kena upgrade tambah rm20, nak tukar bilik servis punya lah lama dah la anak meragam sebab panas, dapat bilik yang upgrade tapi tetap kecewa sebab dengan lantai basah mungkin baru lepas mop dan bilik tidak bersih 😖

the staff is not friendly, the television doesn’t have channels.. the room is not as requested, got two single beds.

1) booking not hotel room it is next shop lot building room like the budget hotel but hotel price. 2) I 4.30pm check in room not ready for checking, housekeeping still cleaning the room. 3) I request the towel after check in but sending me at 12 mid night 4) at the shop lot building like not security one the door open not close everyone can coming in 5) the staff feel not like to serve the customer

The toilet is so dirty!!! Water in the toilet smells clorin! Sink clogged! Swimming pool open to public who doesn't bother over safety & cleanliness! Even they bring food & have it beside the pool. Some kids munching titbits in the pool itself! Pampers & plastics were just thrown near the pool! The room that I reserved was a building next to Cowboy. It was so devastated! & the room its not suitable for family.

not recommended - not worth it for what was paid - - toiler blockage - management don't what to talk on my complaint lodge - management should consider to sell parking coupon on loose coupon (not making money by selling on 1 set of book to guest who used to be 1 day vacation in Melaka - the rest of unused parking coupon is wasting to guest- improve please

Staff Hotel super Cowboy melayan kami dengan baik. Perkhidmatan berbaloi dengan harga. Lokasi juga stsrtegik. Parking mudah. Kedai untuk makan mlm pun banyak di sekitar hotel Cuma ada lipas dalam ketiga2 bilik yang saya tempah.
