工作人员非常友善热情，办理入住和退房手续都很周到（如果您要求入住一楼房间，他们会安排您入住安静的房间以便休息）。房间很干净，冷热水水压也很好。此外，房间里还有晾晒衣物和毛巾的地方，非常方便。

<优点> 别墅位于有安保人员看守的封闭式小区内，地理位置优越，附近有餐厅和便利店。海滩就在附近，穿过同一封闭区域内的另一个度假村即可到达。所有工作人员都很友好，并提供简单的早餐。 房间干净整洁，游泳池维护良好。 <缺点> 您必须穿过另一个度假村才能到达海滩，而且有警示牌警告不要穿过度假村前往沙努尔海滩，这有点不方便。 房间的门框很旧，不易打开，浴室排水管有强烈的难闻气味。 早餐很简单，所以不要期待太多。

这是我第二次入住，其实并没有抱太大期望，因为我们住在这里只是为了去海滩和Icon。水龙头漏水，后院还有一只死掉的印度鳄。我们入住时，他们人手也不够。接待员的桌子空着，我们得在酒店周围找她。不过，酒店地理位置确实优越，可惜酒店最近在进行噪音很大的维修工程，酒店门前的主干道也在进行路面施工。

靠近 The Icon Bali 购物中心，我最喜欢的是房间里的娱乐设施，他们提供智能电视，是沙努尔地区完美的居家度假之选。

酒店很舒适，靠近市区，干净，气氛非常宜人。

别墅服务很棒。如果有空房，您可以提前入住。工作人员非常友好，会帮您指引去海滩的路。去海滩很方便，但需要经过另一栋别墅（香蒂别墅）。

那地方很棒，很舒适。我一定会再来的。

地理位置优越，去海滩很方便，而且附近有很多餐厅和咖啡馆。 酒店虽然不新，但工作人员非常友好热情。我们把房间升级到了经典套房（图片显示的是经典套房，不是豪华套房）。早餐还可以，对于一家小酒店来说，品种很丰富。

隔壁房间传来吵闹声。

We arrived at 3.30am to be greeted by a smiling very helpful man, and he was still there smiling and working at midday. Room were great, clean, comfortable and spacious, the pool while not a large one is the same size as mine at hotel and met my needs. Would totally recommend it

Semua-nya memuaskan terkecuali staff yang menangani breakfast, dua kali saya breakfast dan dua kali juga staff sama sekali tidak menawarkan ada egg service. Saat breakfast pertama, setelah kita selesai makan ada tamu British yang di-servis dengan egg service, hari berikutnya saya datang mereka diam saja dan akhirnya saya menanyakan apakah ada egg service baru mereka membuat-kan nya, lalu setelah saya ada tamu Aussie baru datang langsung mereka tawarkan egg service, saya perhatikan mereka lebih mengutamakan egg service untuk tamu non-lokal, apa itu bagian dari SOP breakfast?

We booked the deluxe room but unfortunately we were given other type of room. Eventhough it was an upgrade and a suite room but the room was old and scary. It is located at amansari villa. My son was a kind of indigo child and he looked scared and not comfortable. I have to ask for other room and luckily there was 1 available room which the staff said was still on refurbishment.But we had no choice and that room was a bit okay. I also requested to change to the room that I initially booked which was a deluxe.Luckily it was available the next day. We were satisfied enough with the room condition. But to come back is a no no. I rather stay at other hotels.

It was a pretty good hotel, child friendly and the only hotel I could find with breakfast included for a last minute book 👍🏼.

Close to the beach and has access to it, many food and retail option surroundings. Good choice if you visit Sanur with limited budget.
