入住时间很晚，直到 15:30，但总体服务很好🥰

Lokasi yang sangat indah❤️ khususnya untuk pencinta sunset dan pantai❤️.

Pengalaman luar biasa menginap di Plataran Komodo, berasa liburan di pulau dengan perpaduan Joglo khas Jawa. Staff rekreasi sangan baik dan menemani kami saat snorkeling dan kayaking, untuk villanya luas dan masih terawat. Hanya saja untuk proses check in baru dapat kamar jam 4 sore dan minta late check in hanya bisa jam 12.30, breakfast enak dengan menu ala carte. Tidak ada free shuttel ke kampung ujung maupun bandara. Untuk pengalaman di atlantis the rock di luar expektasi, biasnya plataran resto enak bersih tapi tidak di sini, makanan biasa saja dan over price, lingkungan seperti kurang terawat dan bau got. Sayang sekali padahal tempatnya bagus untuk menikmati sunset.

The hotel staff were so friendly and efficient. They contacted me few days before my arrival to check all my request and necessities. Definitely will be back at Plataran Komodo again.

You guys must stay here when goes to Komodo Island! I swear this hotel is very recommended. Semua staff ramah, kamar bersih, when you arrived kalian bakal dapat welcome massage, welcome drink, dan towel sambil duduk menikmati pemandangan pantai. Untuk makanan mrk enak-enak dan worth with the price, harus cobain tahu telur asin dan ikan bakarnya gak ada duanya! Kerjaan aku bepergian almost everyday dan ini bener-bener hotel bintang 5 yang worth banget salah satunya. Hopefully this review can help you guys♥️

This hotel is perfect for honeymooners .. a fantastic setting and a truly wonderful experience in this small Boutique hotel. Everything was wonderful . My only suggestion is that the menu in the upper restaurant should be changed slightly as I don’t like photos of food on a menu ... it cheapens the whole experience for me ... Waitress /waiter service could have been a bit quicker but the staff were lovely. It’s a perfect hotel and I will return ... the thing is with these reviews, everyone has different expectations... someone’s 5 out of 5 is another’s 3 out of 5. I am very fussy and particular and still rate this hotel amazing. Please try it

The food and the services are awesome...

The room is comfortable. It's literally a beach front villa. They served tea time at 4-6pm unfortunately we missed it. But the breakfast is superb. The staffs are very friendly. They also have a beautiful snorkling area, and you can also cannoeing/paddling to monkey island across the hotel area. It's fun. A perfect place to getaway from city life.

The service was great, friendly people. The room was super great, clean, cozy and the design was cool with ethnic indonesian design. The sea view just right in front of us the second we open up our villa door, and the view was amazing.

We would like to share our experience staying at Plataran Komodo. It was much less than our expectations. Here's the details we can explain to you: 1. The day we checked in, I was informed that we were upgraded to Villa with a private pool. I like the initiative to upgrade us because we were celebrating our anniversary, but I'm a bit disappointed as the reason we booked Beach Front villa was simply because we can lay down in the room and looking to the beach. This Villa we stayed at just looked like an ordinary villa. I did not make a fuss about it in the first place because my husband asked me to do so, and also it's not nice to confuse and hassle the staff. 2. Around 4PM, we strolled the property and checked out Atlantis on the Rock which was still under renovation. We had a quick chat with security over there and left the site to the swimming pool. On our way, we were walking on the beach and another security came up to us. The first sentence he uttered "are you staying here?" We straight away said "Yes we are, we were staying at the villa behind." He said sorry and left. 3. Around 5PM, I was swimming at the pool and my husband was sitting at the wooden gazebo (in front of a beach front villa) with a bottle of beer facing the sea. A housekeeper (or staff) came up to him and asked "Are you staying at this villa?" Now I think that this is really offensive and the situation was not really comforting. This is not the service and greetings we expected from the top-notch property like Plataran. You should have a constructive training for the staff how to ensure and check whether people are its in-house guests. I think it is much nicer if someone comes up to you and ask "Hello, how are you? How long are you going to stay at Plataran?" Or simply ask silly and simple questions which leads to answering the implicit messages in your sentence. I believe that if we are Caucasians, we would never be questioned like that. 4. The swimming pool at the villa has so much chemical in the water which I do not prefer at all. However, the rest was great. Staffs are excellent, food is tasty.
