热水淋浴有时会出问题。

新的接待员在接待顾客时甚至不会微笑，我已经在那里呆了将近 10 年了。

酒店还行，电梯里没有空调。上到8楼的电梯里有点热。房间干净。浴室也还行。酒店区域靠近海滩，海浪声悦耳。海水有点脏，不适合游泳。

我入住时房间与我的房间不匹配。

Puas dengan pelayanan di hotel ini karena check in jam 12.00 siang sudah bisa, kamar luas dan ada balkon langsung view laut di kamar 810. AC dingin, kamar mandi bersih walaupun kecil, makanan enak dan dapat air jeruk. Pasti saya akan menginap di sini lagi.

Bilik Sea view. Breakfast berhadapan dgn laut dan swimming pool. Sesuai bawak anak brcuti di sini. Breakfast pun ok. Service pun oke nda mgecewakan.

Breakfast was disappointed. They don't serve any fried eggs for breakfast. The breakfast need to be improved immediately.

When I first check in, I was surprised it was a twin bed whereas I booked for a luxury single bed. I asked for what I have paid for. So had to stay in the twin bed for the night and have change the next morning.

Picturesque sea view! Their breakfast buffet was decent. Offered variety of choices but some do not fit my tastebud.

The location is super nice. I've slept hearing the sound of waves and it's really comforting.

Variasi makanan tidak teelalu banyak. Lokasi hotel dekat foodcourt sehingga gampang cari makan. Untuk ac kebetulan di kamar yang kami tempati tidak terlalu dingin.

While I enjoyed their room and nice seaview, their f&b part is worst. The bangla guy incharge coffee house is rude and no manner. Wonder how this type of hotel can let banglas handle their kitchen and coffee house. Their buffet spread also tasteless and very limited. What to expect when you let banglas incharge your kitchen rite? Hope management of this hotel can look into this problem and do something to overcome it.

Overall OK but room size is small. Need to upgrade for more pleasant view.

Very bad service booking from app. Booked kiddie room with the bed type 1 double & 1 single but when check in only got single bed. No kiddie & no double bed:(This is my first experince with the traveloka and will be the last. I'll uninstall the Traveloka Apps. Already ask the receptionist and they told me, this apps always makes the customers confuse with their booking rooms. Scammer.
