如果住在这里最好不要吃自助早餐，因为周日的菜单选择不多，周一的菜单则提供单点菜单…… 自助早餐不值得 RM20

餐馆不是24小时营业，吃饭的地方很远，需要其他交通工具才能到达市中心。

我住了一晚。非常吵。清洁度我给 3 分。门很难关。其他设施还可以。

hotel ini terletak didekat Sentral Melaka dan river Cruise, seperti tinggal dirumah karena selepas bermain balik ke hotel yang relatif nyaman dan tidak bising.

Signal susah, wifi nya jelek, pas awal masuk dikasih kamar yang belum dikemas atau dibereihkan

Proses check in/out yg cepat, kamar yang cukup luas, lokasi strategis dan harga yang cukup terjangkau untuk 3 star hotel

Room spaces is very good but surprisingly the room is very dirty. But I called for house keeping to come vacuum she came quite fast.

Kamar besar dan nyaman untuk keluarga.

Hotel yang bersih. Cerah je bile masuk. Siap ada kolam air terjun. Santai je masa nk check in.

The food is delicious but not expecting more.

Menginap di sini sangat nyaman tetapi air mati pada saat pagi hari sebentar.

Nice budget hotel to stay, check in hotel 02:00pm & front desk told me breakfast start from 07:00am, then the next day I came down for breakfast 07:00am, but staff told me 07:30am, no water in room, no teeth brush in room,

Phòng cực kì tệ và ẩm mốc wifi không thể kết nối, những tiền ồn vào buổi tối mình book tại đây 2 đêm nhưng đã bỏ 1 đêm và tìm khách sạn khác

Phone broken, not clean, no hot water, can't request dinner.

Kamar luas, bersih dan pelayanan yang sangat ramah.

Hotelnya bagus dan nyaman, cuma sayang fasilitas yang disediakan tidak lengkap. Misalnya tidak ada odol dan sikat gigi.

Kamarnya oke. Cuma sayang odol sama sikat gigi tidak disediakan.

First I already mentioned need city view, non smoking room and check in early at 1pm when I booked, but when I come around 1.15pm the receptionist told me the room will ready at 2pm. I am OK for the time and I double informed her again, I need stay at top floor with city view. After I get the room key and check the condition, inside room having smelling smoke and no city view. This make me felt disappointed their services and I check with receptionist again she said I booked is superior room without outside view. After I talk with her, she help me change another room from 6 floor down to 4 floor room 408 no city view again, I felt this person service is very bad with don't know what I request. Nevertheless, the room having sucking fan sound, has one light faulty at bathroom, the basing table no balance and room having strong smelling.
