很美式的飯店，只有洗澡乳，香皂，其他備品都沒有，飯店看起來很有年紀了，房卡常常不能用。 房間大，停車方便，前台很熱心。

the water pressure is too low to make the shower function. no maintenance services for the shower have been provided despite repeated reminders.

The hotel is very close to the airport. This hotel is towards the cheap side among all hotels and resorts in Guam. The room is dark, water pressure is low, everything looks dated. I wouldn't return to this hotel.

I would definitely rate Day Inn as the best cost-benefit hotel in Guam. Even if personally I would prefer a hotel closer to the sea beach and with infinity swimming pool (which is the very things we are expecting to enjoy in an island like Guam), Day Inn serves everything necessary in terms of a reasonable charge rate. Actually, the location is also not too far from the Tumon bay. The saved hotel budget would enable you to rent a car for going anywhere.

酒店有免費車去主要商場，但要預約。司機好友善。雙人床房間清潔、地方好寬敞。每日都有兩樽水及有水煲。免費 wifi 接收好快！如果不愛海灘游泳，祇需要舒適房間，以這個價錢是值得住。

We stayed in 1 day for taking an exam. Since our plane is quite early, we arrived at the hotel before 6 am. Although we have heard that there's a early check-in policy that we can pay $25 for it, we were told by a staff with poker face & unfriendly attitude that there's no room for us to check in early. Fortunately, the staff arrange use to stay in a nearby hotel (Aqua Suite) to rest (we paid for it for $77), and we went back to Days inn for check-in at 3 pm. The Aqua was clearly not as good as Days inn, and is definitely not worth to spend $77 for staying just a few hours. So if you would arrive early, I would strongly recommend you to book Days inn for 2 nights. The hotel is an ideal place for preparing an exam. It's not far away form test center (Bank of Hawaii); taking a taxi costs less then $25 (if you take a round trip and negotiate with the driver; you can get discount). There is a drinking fountain in the first floor and a big local supermarket just across the street, and McDonald is also nearby. However, please don't walk outside at night since it's not a very safe area. The biggest drawback of this hotel is definitely the terrible sound insulation. The wall is just like paper and you can hear lots of noise from outside the door, from the window, and from the next door, so I would suggest you to bring earplugs with you. You will definitely need it if you're here for a test.

主要缺点：1） 位置太偏，来关岛是想看海和去其他地方的，不是在这个类似快捷酒店里面呆着的。这个酒店离哪都远，而且没有bus通过。要走到对面的 某个小旅店 去做一个多小时一趟的bus，是在不方便。 2）没有餐厅，想吃个早餐或是吃点东西想都甭想。 除非自己租车。。。。。。但租车的费用比美国本土贵很多

Great Services !

The property is conveniently located to many stores and outlets. Staff are friendly and nice. As a returning customer, filling out paperwork repeatedly (same information the past 6 times I’ve stayed there this year, it is inconvenient to ask the same information over and over. Also, while I don’t have visitors, their requirement that each person visiting register at the lobby makes this location feel unwelcoming.

Really weird to be charged $150 security deposit for a 12 hour stay overnight when the room rate was only $105.

I've stayed at this hotel many times and have found it acceptable. However, there must be a new manager because I experienced the following for the first time: The worst internet service - hardly usable - slower than dialup! The TV remote is tethered to a cabinet like a leash. Room service used to be daily - now every three days. No hand towels. No separate bed sheets just a covered duvet. Free water when entering the room first time has been eliminated. It is just not user friendly anymore.

The wifi needs to be strong

It is a decent hotel for the price I paid.

Staff are friendly and helpful.

Days Inn Guam is good, staff knows just about anything you ask of them. And the Room and Parking is Good.
