Quite nice experience and we did enjoy it there.

有一個無邊際游泳池，拍照上非常漂亮，房間比較暗，毛巾卡可重複使用

1.房間消耗品用完也不補，連咖啡茶包也不補 2.杯子沒歸位，不知道有無清洗 3.房間甚至有垃圾沒清走 4.落地窗的拉環感覺快壞了，而且開窗關窗聲音超大 5.地理位置沒那麼好，光走到海邊還要一陣子，帶小朋友去的比較不方便

全部都很完美，真要說的話就是飯店位置離主要市區稍遠一點，但是反過來看就是非常安靜！！！

樂天的位置很好，雖然泳池不算非常大，有免費2小時小屋租借蠻有趣的，杜夢灣的沙灘一定要去玩一下，沙子細沙灘也乾淨，這次訂了部分海景有附小廚房的家庭房，廚房有微波爐很方便，整體來說很推薦

住了五晚，第一天很貼心家庭房，有兩份大人牙刷，一份兒童牙刷，一份幼兒盥洗用品，還有送貼紙本。 但只有兩瓶水。 之後每天兩瓶水，有打電去櫃檯要，說會每天供四瓶，但每天都兩瓶，需要致電或寫紙條（床頭小費旁），只有一天不打掃，卻有人供四瓶水，那天很窩心 。 因為游泳盥洗關係，需要提醒寫字條要小孩盥洗用品，五天中有天再補給一份。 基本每天都會更換牙刷和毛巾。整體乾淨舒服。

飯店泳池很美好，沙灘也很美，值得再次入住

1、飯店服務人員感覺不到真正的貼心服務，因為這是四五星的飯店，服務應該更高標準。 2、很不放便帶小孩去，廁所不大，無提供小椅子不好洗小孩。 3、飯店提供水不乾脆，有時候給4瓶，有時候給6瓶，但每次都有理由，可以乾脆一點嗎。 4、先天地點不好。走到中心採買需要上下坡。 5、飯店海景風景很好。 6、上次住凱悅讓人想再住，這次住樂天讓人不想再住。感覺差很多。

For the price, i wasnt impressed. I had to wait 45 minutes after my check-in time because my room wasnt ready. The internet was good, but the TV was small.

仕事の都合で朝が早く朝食が食べれなかったので簡単なお弁当(パンなど)に出来ないか話したが返答が無く無視された。とても不愉快な気持ちになった。

It's been almost a week after we came back from Guam. And let me tell you, our experience with Lotte hotel was way more than phenomenal!!! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by the amazing concierge,David. Ashley and Yebin at the front desk made sure we felt like we were at home. Especially Ashley, she really went above and beyond to make our first ever trip to Guam, FANTASTIC!!! She helped us with our room upgrade since my daughter wanted higher floor, and got us delicious birthday macarons. During our 1week stay, she made sure to check on us everytime we pass by the front desk. My daughter loves her and she still talks about Ashley. Yebin was also so friendly and thoughtful. I also want to give my special thanks to Sophie, Ethan, Jason and Andy at the front desk for taking care of our needs and always being so friendly and professional. As a former hotelier myself, this is the kind of a team that I want to have under my management Every one from front desk, concierge,deli, pool to house keeping was so friendly and helpful. Room was very specious and it had a beautiful ocean front view. We could see the unobstructed view of Tumon Beach. Things I requested when I was making the reservation such as bed guard, dehumidifier were in the room already. And we also asked for step stool, iron & ironing board, as well as drying rack. Never knew hotels carry drying rack but good thing they did since it was so convenient to dry our wet swimsuits and clothing items.

古い棟だったためか？シャワー室の扉が無くカーテンだったのは残念！あとは概ねOK
