Customer service was decent but could have been better. Room was kind of small.

Book room for 4pax (2A2C) but only 2 sets of towel given. Request to add but was told it would be chargeable. Disappointed with the hotel service. Will not recommend.

Public bath very clean.

It’s good overall. The area is quiet.

Fiine. Massage chair was nice. Bathroom wasnt very clean. Baths weren't open during our stay.

A rather dated hotel. Can’t pick on anything if you wanted a simple bed and a functioning toilet. Old room design. Spacious room with a large massage chair stuck in the middle of the room. Parking is quite cool and convenient though.

Well located with restaurants and shops nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful.

アメニティグッズをもう少し揃えて欲しいです。（シャワーキャップ、コットン等） 酸素カプセルが壊れていました。 自動販売機に、ビール等のアルコールもあればいいかなと思いました。朝食の種類ももう少し充実するともっといいかなと思います。
