room make up is not competed after day one. the location is great and no issue of parking space. it's near " i love saipan" and some restaurants. early check in fee is expensive.

酒店性价比很高，位置就在加拉中心地区，离免税店、超市、网红餐厅等中心地点非常近，步行至海滩只需10分钟以内。很不错的体验～

everything is good except the wifi connection is super slow and unstable. close to all restaurants and souvenirs shops, it's just right across DFS room is big and clean, recommend Hyatt buffet! better deal than dine in Tony Roma's, Hard Rock, Coco , etc! if you are not driving this is right at the center of the island

Right across from the “I love Saipan” shop, two blocks away from the big supermarket “joeten”, and minutes walk to various restaurants and the beach. Hotel staffs were responsive and polite. Rooms were clean. The only complaints were: 1.weak WiFi inside the hotel 2. Since the walls are not soundproffed, it was very noisy when new people check in at midnight And I would also like to bring up the inflexible check-in policy. Since the flights to Saipan usually arrive early in the morning and departs at midnight, it would be more reasonable to provide flexible check-in time without charge. We arrived at the hotel around 7am with two kids and two grandmothers, and had to paid extra to have an early check-in around 10. When we leave Saipan, we had to checkout around 3:30am. There’s no refund for people to check out early, then why would there be charges for people to have an early check-in in the morning?

度蜜月在赛轮地住了4天，位置好在市区，而且感觉不到噪音 ，对面是i love saipan 方便。 酒店也好找， 有行李免费寄存，每天会有打扫房间，在塞班 住这性价比挺高

酒店位置很好，干净，不吵。就是没有早餐，不过这个价格也不错了。

酒店干净、设施好，洗澡水冲，每天有人打扫，物超所值！！！！！！

出發前托酒店叫了的士接送，但到達後郤未見到有的士在等候，結果等候了30分鐘後我自己搭另外搭的是走。check in時向酒店反應只是說了聲sorry,還說不知道是的士公司還是酒店問題，唉，凌晨讓人在機場白白等了半小時真的很生氣，因為我們沒有寄倉行李而且出關也比較快，所以沒有看見的士司機還以為是因為我們太快，又不敢獨自走怕司機到了找不到我們。最可惡是酒店的電話號碼根本沒有人接，響到最後說這個號碼是錯的，我也沒查證到底酒店號碼是不是錯，反正這已經讓人很生氣了。 酒店只有地點很好，但是隔音確實非常非常差，隔壁房間在洗澡和用風筒都能夠聽得到，而且樓下餐廳和對面的i love saipam每晚都播放着強勁音樂,很吵。再加上塞班島的航班多是凌晨，每一晚都聽見拖着行李和腳步聲，如果需要非常清靜的就不要考慮了。

挺不错的酒店，干净宽敞，出门对面就是I LOVE SAIPAN！位置很棒，在市中心，除了门面小了点，停车库小了点，其他都不错！

吃喝購物都在步程內，酒店新淨整潔，房間也非常舒適，各員工也非常幫忙，就算酒店沒沙灘也不成問題，因走到沙灘也只不過十分鐘步程
