Staff were amazing from the time we arrived to the time we left. My sister and I had a fantastic time.

We arrived 1 hour prior to check-in and the team graciously checked us. They explained the Blue ferry and assisted us with obtaining tickets online. The drinks especially the vanilla pina colada were delicious.

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour une lune de miel, en demandant la meilleure chambre plus d’un mois à l’avance. Nous nous sommes retrouvés bien au fond d’un long couloir mais, sans eau dans la douchette car la pression était très basse. Quel dommage pour un jour si spécial et sans réelles excuses de l’établissement.

Tout était parfait! La chambre supérieure est superbe avec en prime la petite terrasse privatisée au top. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, bien varié et bon. La piscine superbe avec un bar dans la piscine juste magnifique. Des cocktails au top. Le dîner dans le restaurant le Pitaya juste exceptionnel. Le tout avec un personnel extrêmement sympathique. Je recommande ++++

Très bel hôtel avec un jardin tropical très agréable, des espaces de détente, une grande piscine avec un bar très sympathique. Notre chambre pour quatre était spacieuse avec une mezzanine pour les enfants, un balcon avec une jolie vue sur le jardin. Le personnel est accueillant et à l'écoute. On recommande !

J’ai été enchantée par La Pagerie. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Le site est enchanteur avec sa cour intérieure, sa végétation luxuriante et sa piscine avec bar. Le personnel est fort sympathique et serviable. Je recommande fortement et j’y retournerais sans hésitation.

Our experience since arrival was extremely disappointing- not due to one isolated issue, but due to consistent disorganization and a lack of basic service standards. We were told our room would be ready at 3 PM, but it was not, and there was no apology or communication. The check-in process itself was inconsistent, with different information from different staff members. More concerning was the handling of our luggage. Our bags were taken without any receipt or tracking. After waiting over an hour, we were brought the wrong luggage, which raises serious security concerns. Despite multiple follow-ups, both by phone and in person, we were ignored. We were assured the luggage would be delivered while we were out, yet we returned hours later to find it still unattended. I understand that it may be a busy period, but the issue here is the complete lack of accountability, communication, and hospitality from your team. The tone throughout has been dismissive and indifferent.
