We arrived at night, tired and couldn't wait to lie down, only to be told that there were mo instructions that guests will arrive. I had to insist that my booking was confirmed and fully paid for in advance. Still, we were made to wait and was eventually given a dusty room which smelled unclean and moldy. On top of that, we were told to check out early the next morning because the room was going to be occupied by other guests! Terrible. I will not go back! May this serve as warning for those looking for a place I'm San Pablo City.
