My first reason to choose this hotel was the strategic location. It is close to all I ever wanted to experience as tourist in Singapore. As the price I think it was reasonable for the location.

Hi travelers, sedikit room review real dari aku ya. Aku check in jam 01.00 malam, resepsionis masih standby, proses check in dan check out tidak lama, mereka pun ramah. Saat booking saya pilih type King, kamar/toilet bersih, AC dingin, ruangannya tidak sempit dan kasurnya pun nyaman empuk, tidak bikin gatal. Lokasi hotelnya sangat strategis, tepatnya di Hongkong st, di sebelah hotel ada cafe, di depan ada supermarket 7eleven. Suasana malamnya bagus, cocok deh untuk foto-foto aestetik.

Location is very convenient near bus stop. Hotel is quite old with few renovations. Room is just okay and clean. Price become not cheap for that level of accommodation. We can have better options.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. We booked a superior room and it was tiny-didn't even have a window-more of a box room than a bedroom. The sink had a large crack in it and the grout around the tiles was black-the walls were dirty and the ceiling had mould on it. The bed-double-was up against a wall at one side making it difficult to get in and out. The hotel in general was run down and needed upgrading- walls were dirty as was the reception area (where breakfast was served) I wouldn't recommend this hotel and I wouldn't go back-sorry! Good enough location and nice clean sheets and towels that 's the best I can say.

Lokasi hotel sangat baik, dekat dengan Clarke Quay dan MRT. Banyak tempat makan. Kamar bersih dan tempat tidur nyaman.

Old AC and not working at first day but the reception was helpful to fix in a short time. The second day, the key card is denied to enter the room at night if re-issue the card should be told since checked-in but this automatically declined. Cannot be early check-in. Even check in at 3pm still has to wait for almost half an hour.

I came when f1 singapore held, the location near but the bed not comfortable and shower too noisy.

Extremely not recommended hotel that I have experienced … tiny room, smelly, not good services, again too harsh to explain … very bad!

Hoàn toàn thất vọng. Tôi book ở đây chỉ 1 đêm, vì 3 đêm sau Tôi book chỗ khác nhưng cũng gần đó. Ở đây họ không có check in mà bắt phải qua hotel khác check in, xong mới vòng lại đây ở. Nhưng vấn đề họ quy định 3h nhận phòng, nhưng 6h chiều tôi tới nhận phòng thì mới có phòng, và thủ tục thì rắc rối và chờ đợi rất lâu.

1. The Aircon is faulty. Making loud noises early in the morning. I and my partner didn't have a good sleep. 2. We had called to inform the issue no solution was given. 3. No one even bothers to come to rectify the issue. 4. No service recovery. 5. After we called for the third time mentioning service recovery they stop picking up the call. 6. We have called about 8 times no one even attend to our call. 7. They mention at about 8 am there will be someone to check but didn't. 8. They say they will get back to us but nothing is done. 9. No one at the counter to assist.😑😡. Please don't consider this hotel. Bad service!

It is located in small cluster shop house at very bad location. There is no lobby and the taxi need to go from the back door to drop off. The room is extremely small and without any walking space, till you need to jump over to get to the bed. The room has a foul smell especially the toilet. The staff is very unfriendly and low morale. Call to the receptionist few times and nobody picks up the phone. This should be the last last last choice of hotel you should stay while in Singapore.

The room is spacious and clean. The hotel is near to Clarke Quay which is convenient.

the room is small and the toilet have no pipe to wash after pass motion, inconvenient, have to walk to the shower toilet the clean up.

I stayed here for one night. For a small hotel it was really pleasant. The room was tiny but clean and tidy, and it smelled fresh. There's plenty of space for me who did not bring a lot of stuff. The location is great, can easily reach the CBD area.

Saya kurang suka karena tempat sarapannya kecil, selalu penuh dengan tamu, tempat sarapannya beda gedung di hotel clover Hongkong kalau tidak salah. Kamar dibersihkan tanpa izin tanpa sepengetahuan kami saat sedang keliling kota, bersih, AC dingin, ada air panas, sempit.

Hotel kecil, tetapi kamar bersih dan fasilitas sangat lengkap sekali, sarapan lumayan enak. Lokasi sangat dekat dengan MRT station.

I have a comfortable trip, hotel so clean. Receptionist are nice. Hotel near MRT station and bus station. My room have small issue with curtains, but receptionist resolve it well. Remind that, in this hotel, you only can access 2 device to wifi at the same time (base on account and password provided by receptionist). By the way, the hotel is worth with price. I have fun trip in Singapore. Thanks.

The room is small but very complete and clean,the bed very comfortable and linens are clean.
