Hotelnya besar, bersih. Kamarnya juga luas dan bersih, bagus banget! Hanya tempatnya kurang strategis karena jauh dari tempat makanan halal

The stay was just OK. Firstly, I was expecting a queen bed, but got 2 single beds. Location is good, awesome in fact! The room was OK, spacious enough. Just a bummer, there 's no fridge in the room (I saw a fridge in the ad, but was told only the family room is provided with a fridge). Toilet is clean, water pressure good, air conditioner was also good & cooling. Ironing is made available at the corridor for sharing use. Common in budget hotels, which is acceptable. Overall, I'd give our stay, a 6 star out of 10.

Stayed for 2 night, no WiFi and TV channels. The receptionist claims that it's under maintenance. Poor management.

The key card system was not well function. 2-3 times have to go down for rectification. Finally, the hotel management provided me with manual key lock (as accordance to them, the battery was weak)
