员工非常友好，酒店内餐厅和酒店之间以及到渡轮码头之间都有免费班车，非常方便。

我最近入住过这家酒店，体验有好有坏。酒店的氛围和格调确实很棒——如果您追求宁静祥和的环境，这里绝对是理想之选。不过，需要注意的是，酒店位置距离市中心较远。好在酒店提供班车服务，方便客人前往周边地区。我最失望的是服务；我觉得员工不够热情友好，考虑到酒店本身的优美环境，这实在令人惋惜。景色确实很美，但服务方面还有待改进。

Kunci kamar agak susah dibuka karena masih pakai kunci lama dan bukan key card (kata staff memang belum direnovasi yang baru lagi, masih yang lama) dan pilihan paket aktivitas hotel untuk bulan Desember tidak ada. Jadi, waktu kita bermain harus beli per satuan aktivitas, jadi harga lebih mahal daripada full play (paketan).

The rooms are clean and comfortable, lots of games and activities can be done, the atmosphere is very pleasant, food prices are pricey and you have to pay for all games, very suitable for a family holiday.

Great room and friendly staff. Nice areas to walk both at the hotel and the entire Nirwana gardens. Getting to and from the hotel was super convenient with the free bus. The food was a bit uninspired and the Indonesian food was much better than the western (which felt more perfunctory).

Kamar luas, masih terjaga baik perabot di kamar, pantai penuh dengan rumput laut yang terhampar karena ombak tidak dirapikan pihak hotel.

Harga hotel di atas 2 jtan tp sikat gigi tidak disediakan, kunci kamar masih manual. Untuk penggunaan wifi diberikan 1 orang 1 user, merepotkan.

comfy, clean, family friendly, breakfast ok

Akomodasi ini terlihat seperti gambar, luas, bersih dan menyenangkan. Hanya saja sarapannya terlalu mahal buat tambahan untuk anak.

Location was good. I did not like the resort and their service for the price they charge for the room is totally crazy high 1. Room amenities were not there initally, and had to call the reception to make the refill. 2. Only 2 bottle of water per room, per night. I had stayed there for one night, and they had given only 2 bottles and no refills available. Extra bottles are chargable. I am not sure why they can't give water, even you though you are paying 160 USD. Horrible. Had to buy extra bottles from mini mart near, as hotel were charging double the charge. 3. Restaurants inside are worst inside. When you order for juice you would get chlorine water mixed with syrup of thr juice order. Totally waste for 5 usd. High price poor service. I been there to Bintan at different hotels, not this worst and horrible. I won't recommend anyone to go there and spend their time. Crazy looters.

Service memuaskan, mulai dari receptionist, security hingga room service ramah, baik dan sopan, counter di Nirwana center pun juga baik-baik semua, tidak kecewa deh, main bowling sampai main biliar sering ditemani, saya kasih AA+ deh buat nirwana

lousy food and services and hotel looks very old

This resort already 21 years old, sea view is awsome. Friendly staff. Very quiet room. Swiming pool facing sea. Great vacation here.

Sangat cocok buat yang honeymoon, keluarga, dengan suasana yang tenang dan relaks.

Sayang sekali booking 3 malam tapi harus pulang pada hari kedua dan tidak bisa di refund, pihak asuransi juga tidak bisa apa-apa.
