这家酒店已经装修几个月了。询问酒店管理层后得知，他们已经通知了Traveloka，但顾客并不知情。顾客通过Traveloka预订了两晚住宿。酒店环境很差，不适合入住。由于装修，电视无法使用，热水也不够热，无法洗澡。我现在不想再入住这家酒店了，我强烈认为酒店和Traveloka应该在他们的网站上告知顾客酒店正在装修。这种做法非常不负责任！

淋浴水流很急😅，泡澡很不方便。不过浴缸还不错👍🏼。淋浴喷头需要维修或更换。客房服务也很慢🥲。我要求提供两个洗衣袋（塑料的那种），等了大约20分钟都没送到。所以我们只好退房，随便把湿衣服打包带走呜呜。我们到达时酒店正在施工（事先没有通知），也许这就是客房服务延迟的原因。除此之外，房间很舒适，入住也很顺利。

高速公路和公共交通都很方便。酒店很不错。但是椅子不够舒服，不适合在酒店办公。而且停车费还得付。

总体来说还不错。早餐还可以，位置很方便。但是我们很失望，因为我们特意选择了双床房，明明标着豪华双床房，但却给了一张特大床。水温不稳定，冷热不停变化。

房间宽敞，配有浴缸，这是巴生谷地区较老酒店的典型特征。

住宿体验很好，我经常住这家酒店，他们最近在装修，政策也发生了变化，现在入住流程更加顺畅了，使用小工具👍

房间很干净，工作人员很乐于助人，入住和退房都很方便，早餐很棒。谢谢

The air conditioner is not cold they didn't come to service.

I am very upset with the buffet breakfast F&B Supervisor. I paid for buffet breakfast for 2 adults for 2 nights. However since I was not feeling well I did not use my buffet breakfast. Only my wife and 2 year old toddler (which was under kids stay free). My wife requested to have a cup of coffee to take away after her breakfast for me who was un-well and the F&B Supervisor made such a fuss about it saying it was their policy that food must be consumed at the buffet area only. There was no consideration given that I did not utilise my buffet breakfast and that I was unwell and just wanted a cup of caffe latte. This shows a major lack of empathy from the staff and reflects badly on this Hotel's management. if you are picky about a cup of coffee might as well close-down the hotel. It was such a cheapskate gesture for a guest staying on the executive floor. Plus the executive lounge was also not open.

Water pressure is low, and hot/cold water for shower is not consistent.

Very good service, and nice room.

Rooms should be checked frequently for maintenance. Room carpets should be vacuumed frequently.

Nice hotel for my family and will come again if app give special price. The hotel needs to look into food price, buffet breakfast price is too high.

Staff was friendly but waited too long for dinner food. The food was cold, and I ordered salted egg fries. In the menu picture, it showed dry fries with salted egg coated, yet the food came like fries in salted egg gravy. Paid more around 200 for dinner. Breakfast was OK but less variety.

I saw this wire is exposed and I try to hide it for safety reasons to avoid my children playing with it. When I touch it it causes a short circuit and the room trip. I need to go to the helpdesk 1 floor and report about it. Please please please be alert especially with electrical. Please put extra safety on it

The hotel is very good to stay for a short stay because I only came here for healing with my son, and we are so happy even though it was only me and my son ❤️. Everything, I feel, is safe and very worth it with the breakfast because there is so much food, and the taste is considered delicious. Ya, recommended hotel in PJ.

Great staff especially Tonya and Ash, great rooms highly recommend.
