It is a good hotel, not exactly 5-star standard though maybe that just used to be the rating previously. There is no "cozy hotel" smell when you walk into the lobby and room, but it is worth the price offered as the room and bathroom are spacious. Hot water doesn't work so well, the water is not hot enough. I also wish there was a full-length mirror provided in the room.

The hotel has a large room, with a bathtub, big refrigerator, king-size bed, and luxury interior. Although the restaurant wasn't large, it has a coffee machine and nasi lemak as a routine menu. Honestly, I was in doubt with the hotel's lift for the first time, because it was a different lift if you go to the lobby, restaurant, or the other exit door.

Yang menginap 3 orang pria badan besar, jadi kurang nyaman gara-gara jenis bed-nya saja. Itu saja kekurangannya. Thanks.

Cons: No towels by the pool. Need to go to lobby get the towel. Parking not complementary. Wi-Fi not stable and very slow. Pros: Big room with excellent bathroom.

Proses check in lama. Meja resepsionis suka kosong dan yang jaga hanya satu orang. Jadi kalau ada banyak tamu, nunggu terlalu lama.

The room is nice and spacious. I requested an early check-in through the app during booking, which was not replied to at all until I arrived. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that check-in time is 3 p.m., and any early check-in would incur an additional charge. I paid an additional 70% of the room price I purchased in the app. The least they could have done was inform me earlier so I could choose the option of whether to stay in this hotel.

A bit old but still a very good hotel for such a big room with a bathtub and affordable price.

Good service. Air conditioner was not cold when we checked in but later after we complained to front desk they sent a technician straight away.

整体都还好，房间很大，也算蛮干净，可是冷气不冷不冷不冷！到了晚上好热🥵甚至睡觉睡到热醒了……已经开了16°……

I didn't do proper research and didn't expect what I saw considering the photos on the Internet and reviews, which did not reflect what I saw. The hotel is not maintained, things are broken (window doesn't shut properly, taps are broken, furniture cracked, carpets untidy). The smell was not pleasant. Breakfast is average. I avoided staying in the room much. Although the price was reasonable, if I knew all the above, I'd rather pay more and stay in a different place. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Disappointed with room. So gloomy. The pillow smelly. Like very old pillow. And itchy. When I sleep on. Towel also. Very old. And brownish. Bed has worn off. Very flat. My 1st experience. With this kind of bed. Disappointed. Even I stay cheaper. Hotel. Still the bed and pillow. Nice to sleep. And smell fresh. Honestly speaking. Actually I want to check out. On the next day. To find. Others htl. But hubby said. Its OK. Just bare with it. 1 day more to go. I disappointed. Cause. Its my hubby birthday and. Our wedding anniversary.

Hotel yang nyaman, kamar luas, cuaca sejuk, tidak berisik. Puas staycation bersama keluarga.

Parking fee too pricey, 1 night at 39myr, but hotel is nice, and breakfast is okay.
