Checked in @ 4 PM. Asking for room in front of pool, but the staff can't fulfill it. Told them we bring a baby and old citizen and requested for ground floor unit. The staff discussed with manager & they upgraded our room for free! That's awesome service!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided exceeded my expectations.

Even better hotel provide towel at poolside.

Very good and nice location. Big room. Include bathtub.

Too noisy in the morning. Early morning cutting the grass everyday. The housekeeping were talking very loud while making the room next door everyday. Reception was super slow and inefficient. The good thing is the room is very big but comes with a smell and we had to use essential oil diffuser to makes it smells good.

Promises were being made, but never being fulfilled. The gentleman, called Dave at the counter promised me many times to look for a better room than the 202, but I never heard from him till I left the hotel. Toilet did not flush and it was only remedied after several reminders. Water on the shower floor cannot be completely flowed away, but has not been corrected.

Beautiful resort, spacious room, great breakfast buffet. Facilities is also great. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. The only thing I have issue is, I got room number 214, and the air conditioner is not cold at all. Outside breeze is colder than inside of the room, eventho I have let the air conditioner running non-stop its still not cold. Probably need maintenance. Other than that it was an amazing experience for the affordable price. 4 out of 5 👌.

Spacious room for executive deluxe. You could fit 50 people in it. Hospitality is good.
