很高兴入住艾美酒店。安全。员工非常友好热情，乐于助人。服务周到细致。

服务和食物都很棒。房间干净整洁，床也很舒服。我一定会再次入住亚庇艾美酒店。

总体来说还可以，地理位置优越，一切都好。

请改善食物种类和口味，并像希尔顿一样提供素食选择。

海景房棒极了。您可以清晨醒来，拉开窗帘，喝杯咖啡，望着大海，直到天亮吃早餐，或者在日落前走回家，坐在窗边，欣赏美丽的海上日落。早餐选择很棒。我住了 4 晚。唯一的问题是，有些菜单总是一成不变。比如炒饭和面条。前 3 个早上，这两道菜都一样。我觉得如果可以的话会更好：炒饭，第二天：甘榜炒饭，第二天：冬阴功炒饭。等等。面条，第二天：粉丝，第二天：河粉等等。连续 4 个早上，当地美食都是椰浆饭。如果可以的话：椰浆饭，第二天：叻沙，第二天：。这样可以有所变化。但除此之外，味道还不错，尤其是汤品总是让我很满意。酒店员工也非常友好热情，乐于助人。他们还会帮我们安排行程。如果时间很晚（当时已经快晚上9点了），你对第二天有什么计划，可以随时联系他们，了解行程安排。酒店位置还算可以。酒店靠近京那巴鲁安忠（Anjung Kinabalu），步行即可到达任何我们想去的地方，只是人行道有时不太方便。总而言之，我强烈推荐这家酒店，推荐大家入住，探索京那巴鲁。

所有员工都非常友好，从门卫到前台，再到餐厅员工，都热情友好。如果我们再来哥打京那巴鲁，一定会再次入住艾美酒店。

I asked for an omelette without meat, but it was given with meat. Luckily, I am not vegetarian. The food tasted better last time than now. The served coffee from the machine was kept there a few minutes, and it gets colder, which may not be preferred by all. I prefer to have my coffee hot. I hope the hotel will improve on this. Thank you.

This is my first time staying here, as I would prefer Hilton every time when I stay in KK. I love everything about this hotel except for the food. The breakfast buffet needs to be improved, especially the taste. From nasi lemak to mee goreng, it all tastes sweet.

Too crowded. Wrong time to go.

Dusty inside the alevator. Stained carpet in the room. Furniture style furniture in the room.

Nice View from Room facing the sea. Hotel is conveniently located to the citry centre of happenings, day and night.

Comfy and close to everything. Can be easily reached and most of the shopping centers and sights are nearby. The room was comfortable and I'm a big fan of Scandinavian bathroom structures, they are very practical altogether. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very kind to pack us a breakfast when we were checking out earlier than the restaurant's opening hour. The staff was also kind and helpful with anything, with perfect English, so there were no miscommunication issues

Excellent location-it ' s near the night markets. Good spread of food for breakfast buffet. Staff are attentive despite the peak holiday period. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are a little too soft for my liking.

Nice and comfy hotel, fast check in and check out, variety of food during breakfast. We will came again next trip.

The reservation was breakfast for one person, but the price is the same. One or two people refused to let the second person free. Additional fees must be paid, even though the room accommodates two people.

First time staying there but it was awesome ….

All good except rain shower didn't work, plumbing system very noisy when the room upstairs turn on the wash taps, gym equipment need maintenance and greasing. Staff are v warm and hospiu.

Good experience, their staffs were friendly and nice. Food are good, they follow SOP as guided. My family and me we're having great time there.

Awesome hotel. Love the environment + strategic location.
