我们比预计时间提前到达办理入住，酒店很贴心地安排了房间，而且当时已经有空房了。工作人员热情地接待了我们，入住过程非常顺利愉快。我们享用了酒店的早餐，强烈推荐！我觉得这是吉隆坡市中心顶级酒店中最好的早餐。种类丰富，品质上乘，味道也很棒。服务员效率很高。两天入住体验都非常棒。泳池很适合家庭，里面还有滑梯，非常适合带孩子的家庭。总而言之，这是一次愉快的住宿体验。房间干净、宽敞、舒适。Wi-Fi信号很好，可以同时在多个设备上流畅观看Netflix和YouTube。总之，如果有机会，我们一定会再次入住。

我预订的是双床房，但办理入住时发现没有空房，换成了特大床房。房间有点异味，所以我向前台投诉，他们给我安排了另一层楼的房间。这是我第一次遇到这种情况。不过，工作人员态度很好，并提供了不错的解决方案。

这家五星级酒店地理位置优越，位于吉隆坡中央车站（KL Sentral），是吉隆坡的公共交通枢纽。 办理入住时，我的几个要求没有得到满足。房间很干净，床也很舒服。浴室门和镜子都很多，浴缸和淋浴是分开的。可惜的是，马桶没有坐浴盆，这让我感觉很不方便。 酒店的设施位于8楼，包括健身中心和一个与艾美酒店泳池相连的大型游泳池。 早餐种类丰富，味道也很棒。

入住和退房手续快捷方便。房间宽敞。健身房和游泳池都很大。下次还会入住。

该酒店交通便利，靠近中央车站、Nu Central Mall，周边餐饮场所也很多。

Very good service and convinience hotel

Everything is gorgeous: service, room, bathroom, view from the window, service pool at a top level.

Staff sangat ramah, hiasan Natal sangat menarik untuk foto-foto. Harga Hilton menurut saya masih terjangkau dengan spek yang sangat bagus. Kemungkinan besar saya akan kembali menginap di sini bila ke Kuala Lumpur lagi.

Bersih sangat, Staff okay la..

Staying here for 5 days. We stay in King Executive Plus, floor 31, precisely 3126, with stunning lake view. The bathroom is so spacious; My son really enjoyed his time. Teh tarik is the best chosen while having a breakfast at Hilton, meanwhile other food is just so so. The hotel crews were very welcoming us, always smile and help if needed. Thank you for your warm, Hilton Kuala Lumpur.

Tempat strategis, pelayanan bagus, makanan restoran enak-enak. Hotel bersih, fasilitas lengkap, kolam renang dan gym. Aku suka, cocok untuk semua kalangan, pasangan, keluarga, dan lain-lain. Next datang lagi nginap sini 😇.

Staff wasn't helpful, hotel of this caliber, whereas they should help and maybe upgrade, their solution was to let me pay extra.

Room was outdated. Everything seems old and the rooms don't even have universal plug ins. Duty Manager was unfriendly. Bed was super soft and old. The only best thing there was location as it was connected to Kuala Lumpur sentral and Muzium Station.

A decent place to plan your staycation either with your family, spouse, or even yourself! The standard room is quite big with a nice bathtub inside the bathroom. Full of mirror and I love it. Having stayed for 2 nights, there was no changes in the breakfast between 1st day and 2nd day so it ' s a bit boring. However, the taste is good though. Will comeback whenever possible.
