Moderate place, with moderate food but with friendly staffs. The pillows and and blankets a little bit stinky.

Ketiga kali menginap disini dan selalu menyenangkan, meskipun lantai kamar ribut sekali kalau kita berjalan karena terbuat dari kayu😁 pelayanan staf, Makanan, fasilitas kamar baik👍🏻

Friendly Staff, strategic location, need maintenance for the toilet My first time in this hotel. Stayed two nights. Hotel staffs are super good. Even security guards greet you with polite smile. aircond, bed, pillows, in the room good. shower with strong pressure of water. Room is big Nice strategic place easy to access popular food and restaurants by just walking, the staffs are friendly, nice ambience little bit more maintenance for the toilet will be good. What a bad experience when we stayed at this hotel, toilet is clogged, water flooded all over bathroom.

I booked a deluxe room at 7th Feb 2020. but the receptionist gave me the wrong type of room. they gave me a superior room. I complained, but the staff at the reception did not admit their mistakes. They said that my room is correct, deluxe room. after I hardly complained, they finally admitted if they entered the wrong type of room for my room. An apology was made by the manager (I forgot to asked his name) and the manager upgraded my room type to a suite room as a compliment. I appreciate for what this hotel manager try to solve the problem. For the hotel building, this is an old hotel. some parts seem poorly maintained. some bad odors on some spot of the room. room card keys often didn't work. so I have to contact the receptionist to reset the card frequently. after reset also still got problem to open the room door. It also happened to others room. I booked total 5 Deluxe room for my family. At Sunday 5:15 a.m., when I will leave the hotel, I found the main lobby is dark. the lights are turned off in major area of hotel Lobby. Receptionists and hotel security guards seem to sleep on the Lobby couch. I think this hotel needs a completely renew, both for building and for quality of the human resources. Hopefully next time will be better. Location: strategic location. it's close to everywhere.

Too many mosquitoes in the room.

Hotel langganan Saya kalau pas ke Pontianak. Lokasinya sangat strategis. Pelayanan oke. Sarapannya enak dan menunya banyak.

Ruan luas dan bersih, nyaman, dan pegawainya ramah, berada tepat di tengah kota.

Kamar luas, lokasi dekat pusat kota, makanan lumayan.

Hotel bersih, dekat pelabuhan yang mana memudahkan urusan kerja saya, pelayanan bagus dan semua team ramah.

Bangunan hotel lama, bed cover ada noda, breakfast kurang variatif. Tapi pegawai cukup responsif dalam menanggapi keluhan.

Lokasi strategis, kamar cukup bagus, pelayanan ramah.

Sudah bagus, dipertahankan bahkan ditingkatkan.

Kamarnya nyaman dan bersih. Menu sarapan cukup lengkap dan enak-enak. Next trip akan menginap di hotel ini lagi.
