OK just nice, close to jetty and comfort.

Strategic place nearest to food places, shopping mall and easy to access. But the room air conditioner need to service (Not too cool).

A few days before check in, I requested to change room, the hotel agree. but, when check in, it still same, finally 2 guests sleep at 4 guest room.

Eagle Bay is an old hotel. But well kept. Location is very quiet. and more quiet at night. Most importantly they have some very helpful and nice team of receptionist.

check in due time around 11pm+ .On arrival after check in the room.. tv not function well and the staff said tomorrow only can recheck the TV.. and towel not enough for the family room only 2 towel inside but overall is ok..😊😊😊

Telefon tk berfungsi. Tv tiada siaran(no signal) dah bagitahu dekat bahagian depan. Still sama jugak. 😑

Mkn alhamdulillah sedap, cuma kurang menu, perbaiki siaran TV tak clear, air panas tak berfungsi agak sejuk bila nak mandi. Keseluruhannya memuaskan.
