We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great neighbourhood and very close to an MRT station. The rooms are clean and spacious enough. The service was good. My kids enjoyed the pool with slides. I definitely would come back here.

Location of the hotel is very good, close to MTR station. Breakfast got variety of choices. Room size is spacious.

The room is spacious, suitable for families. Friendly receptionist, everything is perfect.

Thanks Paradox Singapore Merchant Court at Clarke Quay for the free next tier upgrade. Hardly can get a view like this from hotels. Not all had such a view. This is something different this time. And come with a good breeze too. Love the service here. Free upgrade to balcony room. Great view both day & night. Efficient room services. Spacious, new & clean comfortable room. We enjoy our stay with free chocolate in room too. Breakfast. Prawn noodles, sunny egg, buttered corn, bacon, beans, soy milk, youtiao, chwee kueh, yogurt ice cream, smoked salmon, fruits & juices was good to me. Actually to say, it's very normal, nothing special though. The rest totally cannot make it, can't believe breakfast from Ellenborough Market Cafe had some food which tasted below standard, quite disappointing as when we saw it's a spacious restaurant with lots of food we thought it might be good. But there are still more room for improvement

Room were clean, bed not comfy though. Amenities were not complete, there were no toothbrush, no earbuds, but shampoo, body wash and some others were available. Overall is ok, but might not stay there if the price is too expensive (>$200/night).

The hotel room door is too thin so that we were disturbed by sounds coming from other guests passing and or slamming doors from other hotel rooms.

In overall it was a satisfying experience, however there's one thing I need to share this with the hotel: the soundproof of the wall between guest rooms is not good enough so that we can still hear neighbouring guest closing doors/yelling. thanks

The front liners are very helpful and friendly, after check in they're accompany us until the elevator open. And after checkout they're offering us to booking the taxi. The Hotel is very clean and very near to the mall if we want to shopping and buy some foods and also MRT station. The swimming pool has a sliding, the children loves so much.

It's very good hotel , there are service very nice , I hope next time I am come back to Singapore , I will stay there again.
