无线网络速度慢，但努沙杜瓦的氛围很美。

非常棒的地方。我和家人住了三晚。下次去巴厘岛还会选择这里。

地方很棒，唯一令人失望的是没有直达海滩的路。需要乘坐班车或步行大约10分钟才能到达海滩。

入住时间非常糟糕。我们不得不等待超过 45 分钟才准备好房间。

没有人陪我们去房间，所以我们不得不找了20分钟才找到。工作人员只是把我们的行李拿去放在了下车点。我提醒过他们这是五星级酒店，但我不知道为什么。酒店很旧，房间里到处都是污渍。我们点了饮料，但他们两次都忘了送。 另一个是装水的冰桶。每家酒店都提供瓶装水。我不知道冰桶里的水是从哪里来的，也不知道在我之前有多少人喝过。 总而言之，即使泳池和早餐都很不错，我们绝对不会再来。 这家酒店配不上五星级酒店的标准。

有些人需要提神。房间里光线更充足

家具是古典的......不提供牙刷等浴室设备，必须提出要求。

工作人员非常热情。我们住在两居室公寓，而我们的父母则住在另一间。我们要求安排一间离我们更近的房间，他们很贴心地为我们安排了一间就在我们公寓对面的房间。这对我们年迈的父母来说非常方便。孩子们非常喜欢游泳池和热水浴缸，我们的父母则喜欢在绿树环绕的露台上放松。对于我们全家来说，这真是一次愉快而轻松的住宿。谢谢您，诺富特！

Staff restoran harus di training lagi. Terutama yang sudah lama bekerja atau berumuran dst. Mungkin sudah lupa apa itu senyuman.

hotel sdh agak tua, biasa aja sih

Pelayanan staf hotel sangat baik. Saya mendapatkan fasilitas upgrade kamar yang lebih baik daripada yang saya booking tanpa menambah biaya. Area hotel yang sangat children friendly banyak aktivitas yang bisa dinikmati di dalam hotel. Dan ketika tengah malam ada sedikit insiden di kamar yang menbutuhkan bantuan staf untuk membersihkan, mereka sangat fast respon. Sangat recommended!

Tempatnya nyaman untuk berlibur.

Kamar nya bersih, nyaman dan makanannya rekom enak banget. Kapan-kapan kalau liburan ke bali pasti balik lagi ke hotel ini.

Great when you're travelling with a toddler. We rented 1 apartment bedroom, which was very spacious. And you have a kids pool, club house, and private beach-this is enough for us. You can always order go-food/grab food and there is 24 hour Circle K in the back. However, refurbishment is needed-the toys in the kids club are quite old, also the rug where kids are sitting looks very outworn. The lady who takes care of the kid is great though. Also for the pool-it is a bit weird, we can not take the floaties to the big pool, which is very close, and had to pay 100-ish to purchase first. Furniture in the room + curtain was also quite dusty-and will need to be hydro-vacuumed. It is comfy, but my kid got her dust allergy within a day.

Hotel nya Bagus swimming pool luas, breakfast enak, terus dapat room apartemen 1 room di dalam nya ada 3 kamar tidur dan ada private pool, pokok nya betah nginap di sana.

- Ruangan kurang fresh, kesan suram, tidak tampak baru & malam bau septic tank.- cek in tidak ada amenity n handuk.- mau ke pantai novotel harus jalan hampir 1 km an melalui daerah yang seperti hutan belum ditata.

This hotel's manager need to train their staff how to work in hospitality. The security at the gate asked me and my friend if we are really check in to the hotel. Maybe because we drive a motorbike. No complete amenities in the room, I needed tooth brush and tooth paste. The staff said they are by request. The room must be include with complete amenities, especially if you claimed your property is 5 star hotel. Before check out I asked for soap and bottle of water, but they never came! If I could back to the time I booked my hotel, I will never stay in this hotel. I pay too much for that kind of service. The staff really need to train how to work in hospitality. And the staff need to be reminded that they work at 5 star hotel, that they work for people who pay for their service.

Pos: staf ramah, ada shuttle car untuk ke pantai, sarapan cukup bervariasi, area tamannya rapi, bersih, hijau dengan pohon yang cukup rindang. Neg: Fasilitas kamar tidak seperti hotel bintang 5 pd umumnya. Tidak ada sikat gigi (harus minta), tidak ada handuk kecil untuk lap tangan/wajah, di kamar sama sekali tidak ada cermin (cermin hanya ada di toilet). Atau mgk karena tipe apartemen, jadi kurang diperhatikan?

Kamar nya sudah tua shgga tidak nyaman untuk nginap berlibur.
